The tie reeks of oil and smoke
The tie reeks of oil and smoke, like an entire car repair shop. How can that be from such a brand?! The stench didn't go away even after airing it out for hours. This supposedly "Made in Italy" tie was probably made in a cheap factory in Asia..?

Eton quickly supplied replacement buttons
Dry cleaner broke multiple buttons on my favorite Eton shirt. The do appear to be more fragile than average. But, Eton quickly sent me a large supply of different size buttons to match my shirt at no charge. And, the at-fault dry cleaner is fixing the shirt for free. Very impressed wirh Eton service!

First Class Company
First of all, everyone who knows Eton, knows they make first quality garments!!! If you don't know Eton, you should!!! It is a higher price point, but absolutely worth it imho, for whatever that is worth. The main reason for this review is that I had bought an Eton Tuxedo shirt a couple of years back. Wore it maybe 3 times and the drycleaner must have cracked the one beautiful button at the top of the shirt. I reached out to Eton to see if I could get a replacement and within a day, they are mailing me not one, but 2 replacements at no charge, with no questions asked! Unfortunately, we do not get this type of customer service from so many places we do business with, which makes Eton stand out at the top of the class!!!! Thank you Eton for your beautiful quality shirts and first class customer support!!!

Exceptional Shirt
I have been buying Eton for several years and have never had a bad experience. The tailoring and attention to detail is exceptional. The shirt is so comfortable I often do not know I am wearing it. The buying experience is easy and straightforward.

Great shirts
Great shirts. Very fast shipping for a shirt that was custom-made. However, very disappointed with FEDEX. It was a literal hell to get them to deliver to my home.
