Extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I purchased a pricey sweater that fell apart after wearing it just twice, before I even washed it. When I tried to get help from customer service, they told me to submit a claim through their system. I mistakenly filed a return instead of a quality claim due to confusion with their portal. When I reached out right away to fix the error, they wouldn't help, saying that once a return is started it can't be changed. Now I'm stuck with a refund of the sale price, which doesn't nearly cover what I'd pay to replace it at regular prices. Instead of standing behind their product quality, the company left me without a replacement because of a simple mix-up in their own system. Really let down by the lack of understanding and the product quality concerns. I'm looking at other brands like Stenström going forward. Skip this brand if you expect solid after-sales support.

Can't recommend Eton based on my experience. I was charged twice for a shirt purchase, and I only found out because I checked my statement myself. The company never would have caught it if I hadn't called them out. When I asked about it, they did refund the extra charge, but their response was disappointing, no apology, no acknowledgment of responsibility, and no recognition of how serious it is to bill someone twice. Simply processing a refund without actually addressing what went wrong isn't good customer service. The shirts are nice, but the customer service experience was poor.
