Poor service
I ordered a pair of front discs for my car.It turned out they were the wrong ones. Euro Car Parts refused to exchange them for the correct ones. Foolishly I paid for a second set instore which should have arrived the same day. They didn't.,so then I had to buy a third set from elsewhere.

Missing item – unresolved after almost a month
I am currently experiencing an issue with a recent order (Invoice No. 1170214071) from Euro Car Parts.One of the items — a Carplan Flat Mate Tyre Inflator (Part No. 553770730) — was not delivered, despite being included and paid for. The delivery driver acknowledged this at the time and clearly wrote on the invoice: “Tyre inflator not present – to be delivered”. I have retained this as proof.Since then, I have raised multiple requests (including Ref. 6414810) and received responses confirming the matter would be followed up with the local branch. However, it has now been almost a month, and I have neither received the item nor a refund.Under UK consumer law, goods that are paid for should be delivered as agreed, or a refund provided if they cannot be supplied. Unfortunately, this has not yet been resolved despite clear evidence and repeated contact.I would appreciate this being addressed as a priority — either by delivering the missing item or issuing a refund without further delay.I will update this review to reflect the outcome once this issue is resolved

Disappointed with my order again as in the end had to return two out of three items which were wrong parts that did not fit waste of time with free delivery and then having to practically follow back to shop for refund unlike last time they got it wrong a left or right part delivered and I needed the opposite and had to get a taxi there and back at even more expense and then that was not in stock for a week so car in bits /no car which I had until then otherwise polite and pleasant service personal apart from the usual long que

Very poor experience with Euro Car…
Very poor experience with Euro Car Parts.I ordered #511-00002207268 a service kit on 2nd April with a stated delivery of 3–4 working days. As of 10th April, nothing has arrived.Customer support kept saying they were “tracing the order” but never provided any update. I explained I had a booked car service and would lose money if the parts didn’t arrive, but this was ignored.Now I’ve wasted time, risk losing money, and still have no parts.Completely unreliable service.
