So I purchased online and the confirmation said delivery in 1 to 4 business days. Still haven't gotten it past that timeline with no updates. I phoned the location and they promised a manager callback to schedule delivery, but I never heard back. And when I got my bulbs, they threw them loosely in a plastic bag with zero protection or original packaging. I'd expect light bulbs to come properly packaged for safety. Their website ordering is fine, but that branch's internal communication and consistency needs serious work.

They're honestly one of the roughest companies to work with for car parts. Be careful with their online ordering system. I requested a wiper blade online for my Citroen C1. They had me drive 14 miles to another company called Digraph to pick it up. When I tried to install it, the blade was totally wrong. I had given all the correct vehicle info and plate number in their system, but somehow it pulled up the wrong part. I called them up and they directed me 20 miles away to get the right one. The bad part is they said I couldn't get my money back until I returned the wrong blade to Digraph, which is another 14 miles away. At this point I just want some kind of credit because I've spent way more on gas and time than what that blade cost in the first place.
