Tried to send a queen pillow when king ordered and paid for (when they knew they were out of stock) - low integrity merchant
They offered a Sleepgram pillow in a queen and ling size online, in both 1 or 2 pack options. I ordered a single king and 12 days later received a queen size (the size was not indicated anywhere on the box nor was anything inside the box that showed size; but once I opened it, it was clear when compared to all our other pillows that it was not a king). When I inquired they stated they would look into and correct, but later they said I should return it and they would refund as they did not have any king sized pillows. Interestingly, the return label/return packing slip stated the reason for the return was that I ordered the wrong item, even though my email receipt from them shows a king was ordered and paid for. I can only assume that they never had any kings in stock an hoped to sell me a queen at the higher king price. There website also still shows the king pillow for sale with delivery in 7-15 days. I can understand being to of stock but I cannot understand why they would have such low integrity to try to sell a smaller and cheaper pillow at a higher price, and then blame the customer on ordering the wrong size as the reason for the return. Overall, a very disappointing sales, shipping, return, replace and customer support experience. Don't waste your time or money on this merchant.

I purchased a product on February 18th and went back and forth on emails to either received my product or a refund. The company still as been giving me the run around as I spent a 100 dollars for the product for EM20-4535571. If they are not or does not have the capablity to ship then they should not offer the services.

EITHER SEND ME BY PRODUCT OR REFUND ME MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. i CAN'T BELIEVE HOW BAD YOUR SERVICE IS. AND ANOTHER THING. I ordered a part to repair my faucet 3 weeks ago and they still say it is be packaged. I contacted my credit card company to contest the payment which was almost $100. They will try to help me but no guarantees I'll get my part or money back. The person I contacted at Everymarket said they consulted with their "team" and are unable to refund my money!This company is a rip off. Don't buy from them.

Order teen deodorant
I placed an order with them 01/9 2026and now it’s 2./11 /206 still haven’t received my orders i email and haven’t review an answer . I would not advice anyone to place an order on this site . I should have check there reviews before I place an order with them because from what I read now I see they have a bad reputation. It’s a shame they need to be banned.
