Awful packaging
I 💯 love FaceTheory products! I have been using them for years now and they have definitely done a lot of good to my skincare.That being said, I am now considering trying another brand because the new tube packing is absolutely HORRENDOUS! I am sorry but it just doesn't work. The tubes overflow, the caps are flimsy, I feel like I am always wasting product which is extremely frustrating.Please rethink the packaging, the glass pots were brilliant, the tubes are really not.

I have used the product for ever … However—-
I have used the product for ever abd bought for friends and Family!I have recommended to so many people. Love my serums and vitamin C creams.However, why change the packaging when all was great?I hate the tubes! I miss the glass jars that would sit on my shelf!I hate the new packaging! Go back to the old packaging please! Hence only 4 stars!

Amazing company!
I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to write a review for this brand. I've ordered four products from Facetheory so far. Two of these products didn't end up working for my skin, and so I sent an email asking them for a refund as they have a refund policy. The first time, they send me a refund within an hour, and the second time, they sent me a refund within 15 minutes! I honestly was so shocked by how good their customer service is.Although their products are more on the expensive side, I still feel very comfortable buying products from them, as I know that their refund policy means that I won't be wasting any money if one of their products don't end up working for me.I also have noticed that Facetheory tend to take their buyers' feedback into account. For example, they have changed the packaging of some of their products due to their customers having issues with the previous packaging of these products. Overall, I 100% recommend this brand. They have fantastic customer service, and genuinely seem to value their customers. They sell a wide range of effective products, and they are also vegan and cruelty free - which I know is something a lot of people desire in a skincare brand. They also ship orders very quickly. And another thing I forgot to mention, is that they regularly have sales/discount codes and also offer bundle discounts!

Early days but so far very impressed…
Early days but so far very impressed with my products, skin is clearer and smoother, more supple. They have a great feel and not overly perfumed which is something I like.

More watery
The cleanser and eye cream seem more watery than last time. Eye cream tube didn't seem as full as before either.

I have been using Facetheory for years
I have been using Facetheory for years, they are my favourite skin care range and fit nicely within the budget especially when I purchase using a discount offer - I can buy my whole face care routine for less than $120 and this lasts me up to 6 months. My skin always looks glowy, and it’s helped loads with pigmentation and fine lines. Love love love.

Packaging is awful
Packaging is awful. Please go back to how it was. Once my current products have been used up I will not be ordering again, sorry.
