Horrible service experience! First of all your g of protein are just simply not true seeing the amount of meat. But the biggest problem is that you guys keep charging me and keep sending me meals even when I unchecked subcription months ago and already canceled it twice and yet you re keep charging me. Never again.

Placed order, order accepted. Four days later I receive an email saying my order was canceled because payment failed. I responded in 15 minutes with a new credit card, the other card had been replaced by the bank with a new number. I called customer service and was told they only give 13 minutes to respond to their email to correct payment. I was two minutes late. The delivery wasn't even due for another 4 days. She told me their policy was not flexible. Why didn't they notify me when I placed the order that the payment wasn't good instead of waiting until 13 minutes before?

Company advertises 50%, after you sign up and put in all your info, it changes to 40%. I signed up at 11:40pm and the cut off is 11:59pm so I didn't have a chance to pick my meals. I called them 8 hours later and they said there is nothing they can do as my delivery is 3 days away. So I will be getting meals I am allergic to and can't eat. Absolutely avoid, terrible customer service. The reviews speak for themselves.

Worst experience I have ever had with a food subscription box. I was looking for a new subscription because I am on a weightloss journey and they were offering a free breakfast for a year deal so I signed up. Nowhere did it tell me that free breakfasts were of limited supply. My first 4 orders i couldn't even get the free promised breakfast BUT i had the option to purchase breakfast still...and the custom support is aweful, mansplaining their deals. I would not recommend to anyone.

I am beyond frustrated with Factor. This company is misleading at best and deceitful at worst.I had over $200 in account credit because Factor previously failed to deliver my meals. When I reactivated my account, I was explicitly offered a $100 reactivation incentive to come back. I accepted that offer in good faith and placed my order.What actually happened: • My existing $200+ credit was NOT applied • The promised $100 reactivation incentive was NOT honored • Instead, only a $32 discount appeared • My card was charged $233.59 anywayAt no point during reactivation or checkout was I clearly informed that accepting the reactivation incentive would prevent my existing credit from being used — or that the incentive itself wouldn’t even be applied as advertised.When I contacted customer service immediately, I was met with scripted, dismissive responses and excuses about “missed deadlines.” They refused to: • Cancel the order • Refund the charge • Apply my existing credit • Honor the reactivation incentive they used to lure me backInstead, I was told my credit would be pushed to a future box, forcing me to spend even more money.This feels intentionally designed to trap returning customers into paying out of pocket while holding their credit hostage. Customer service showed zero accountability and zero willingness to fix a clear billing and advertising failure.I am now disputing this charge with my credit card company and will never use Factor again. If you value transparency and honest business practices, avoid this company.

I rarely write reviews if anytime, but I spent $13 a meal with factor 75 and I know that they’re trying to be amazing and I want them to be successful. However, at the same time I also don’t want someone like me to spend a lot of their paycheck and get food that taste like garbage. I’m sorry for saying it but it’s it’s terrible. I hope people read this and end don’t purchase until they make food that taste good. Plus side, I fed most of it to my dogs and they loved it

For the most part you get what you expect. The reduction of one star was due to difficulties dealing with customer service. While in the end they went above and beyond to make things right, it took a bit of work on my part to get ahold of someone that was responsive. It would have been nicer if I got that person on my first call into their help line, so I can't give 5 stars. The food is pretty good and the website is pretty easy to use. My main suggestion for others is to double check the calendar in their app when making modifications to your deliveries. The website or app can sometimes take you to the wrong week.I had an issue with the website taking me to two weeks out rather than the next week. This left my current delivery unedited and I ended up getting food I didn't want. So lesson learned, double check, so you don't waste food or money. All in all, I'm satisfied with my experience with this delivery service so far.

i was searching for vegan meals from factor and after reviewing the menu i found a couple and started the process of ordering. after i had put in all my information including payment, the site chose meals for me and wouldn’t allow me to edit them. all were meat based. i cancelled my subscription and thought that would be the end of it since it then said i had no upcoming orders and i hadn’t been charged. just a couple hours later though, i get charged by factor. i go back to the site and it says my four meat based meals are on the way (not cheap either) and that i can’t do anything to change it. i contacted customer service and got the same bot messages over and over about how it’s too late to cancel my order and i missed my “deadline”. i finally got ahold of a person and tried to explain that i cannot eat these meals and they will go to waste and they said i should have cancelled it. please be careful ordering from here!
