Still rocking my Falco holster after 8 years and it looks brand new. The leather has aged nicely, still gives me quick access to my Springfield whenever I need it. The quality of the craftsmanship is really impressive. Would definitely recommend one of their holsters.

Got a holster that didn't meet my expectations, so I thought returning it would be simple enough. That was not the case. Their support team operates on a completely different time zone and you have to jump through hoops to get in touch. They want multiple photos and video footage of the holster with your gun before they'll even consider anything. Even worse, they won't cover return shipping and only offer store credit instead. So if you spent 70 bucks total, you're only getting 50 in credit that you'd have to use for another purchase you'd have to pay shipping on again. This company operates outside normal US return policies and it feels like they're scamming customers.
