I recieved my order today
I recieved my order today, and it was the first time. I received an order online that the packaging was poorly done. The side opening of the box was ripped out. Anyone can access inside the box.

Farfetch and fedex steal from people
I am really but really dissapointed from farfetch. I made an order (order number HPW4D3). I payed £15 for express delivery with fedex and i received nothing. I contacted 3 days ago farfetch and told them that the delivery guy put the package in front of my neighbours house outside of it and handit to nobody but just left it there like random deliverys which even royal mail doesnt let the package out of the house. I get the camera from my neighbour and send it to farfetch as evidence but they replied to me that somebody just signed for it which is D. Tarrababt nothing as my name and surname. Is really susspicious. I will defenitely call the police to invesigate this. Even with their fault i dont get what i payed for. Did you ever seen this kind of thing?

If I could give zero stars I would and…
If I could give zero stars I would and attach a warning label to ordering anything from this site. I ordered 2 pairs of pants and received an envelope with 1 pair but a claim that both had been delivered. When I checked the packing slip, there was a label and invoice for a sweatshirt for someone in Italy. When I sent the company a photo of the pants that had been delivered and explained one of the pairs was missing and I had the wrong documents attached to the package, they did not respond. Eventually, they wrote a message asking for a photo of the package which I threw out. I’m not sure how that would be helpful at showing what was not inside of it? I don’t want to be dealing with this and as they took my money, this is fraudulent and illegal behavior. Taking money for goods that were not received. Instead of sending me what I ordered, they are being combative and I will be reporting them to my credit card company. This is appalling.

Excellent purchase
Website was easy and informative. Customer service (I did need to call them) was excellent. I did not wait long for my order - coming from overseas! And best of all, the boots are terriffic -excellent quality; ones that I will wear for a long time. I'm extremely happy!
