had an issue with a pair of glasses I ordered for my daughter because they did not fit her properly. However, I truly appreciate how quickly the Firmoo team responded and provided me with a solution. Their customer service was very helpful, understanding, and professional throughout the process. Thank you for your prompt support and for making the situation right.

I really like how quick i recieve my glasses . They are very responsive I was worried i wouldn't get them on time and I got them sooner than expected. I love the glasses soo cute..Definitely shopping for glasses here again !

Honestly avoid this company like the plague. Claims you have a 60 day returns window, my glasses were out of focus and distorted so I requested a return. 4 emails later after sending multiple pictures of the glasses, photos of my prescription and optician notes and stupid questions (is it just blurry at the sides or middle for example!)Finally agreed a refund on return of the glasses, which I asked for a returns label for. They will not provide this and you need to pay for a tracked return yourself!!Also the icing on the cake is you will not even get a full refund, they withhold the vat so I lose out on £20 on top of paying for postage. Extremely dodgy, unethical company that makes glasses you can't actually focus through!!!

I haven’t received my glasses
I haven’t received my glasses. Twice. I ordered, checked the tracking and they were sent back to Firmoo. Contacted them and they resent them, same thing happened.

7 weeks!
7 weeks, I'm still waiting for my simple, single vision glasses. Customer service is great at communicating but follow through is questionable. Should have had them 5 weeks ago, as advertised. Won't issue a refund because it's "processing".

I can't recommend enough
I bought 2 pars of prescription glasses so far, for about 35€ each. The quality is better than the ones I bought from any retail store, for a fraction of the price. The fact that I can buy the cutest glasses for way under 100€, even prescription sunglasses which I thought were only for rich people, is mind-blowing to me and I'm extremely grateful to Firmoo.

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay forLenses were fine, however the frames were flimsy and cheap looking and feeling.Also they didn't fit on my nose securely, which, if they were more sturdy may not be such an issue.Requested a refund and of a £45.00 total order i was refunded £16.50 - really would not recommend
