Order complete
The order was shipped on time. I was advise via email that one of my orders was out of stock so i expect the number of items that will be shipped to me. The items were in good condition. I like how my whole feet feel comfortable and supported when i wear it.

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. After 2 minutes of placing my order I realized I ordered the wrong size and wanted to correct it, they wouldn’t allow me to do that. After confirmation there are no changes. Very frustrating communicating only through email. No physical person to speak to.

I absolutely love Fitflop shoes
I absolutely love Fitflop shoes and find them to be extremely comfortable (the Wobbleboard platform) and I have a closet full of them. The reason for four stars instead of five is that I do have an issue with their returns. Some of their shoes don't run true to size at all and you can't know that until you receive them. Not that long ago I received a pair of sandals that ran easily almost two sizes larger than what they were sized as. I had to return them and I was the one who had to pay for the return postage. There should be more consistency in their sizing and better quality assurance about that. I wasn't happy as to how the calls and emails were handled about that, either. Otherwise, I really do love this brand and I highly recommend them to anyone, not just people with foot issues as I have.
