Unethical Service and Undelivered Orders – Avoid This Company
Over a month ago, I ordered a jumper as a birthday gift, which I never received. After waiting 30 days, the response I received dismissed my concerns and refused to honor the order with either a replacement or a refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unethical.I strongly advise against using this company, their delivery costs are high, and their service is appallingly poor.

Don’t trust what they say!! Merryhill store I was advised to purchase gift card to ensure if item needs returning I would get full card refund!! Today I received a gift voucher!! Customer service don’t want to know.

Birthday gift
My estimated delivery date was Wednesday 11th Feb but came on next day delivery. My niece was over the moon they arrived a week early. I love shopping at Flannels & you can get some really good deals. Fabulous 🥰.

Item still hasn’t arrived, despite paying extra for next day delivery. Now a day late and cannot wear for the occasion I had planned.

I returned an item to flannels last…
I returned an item to flannels last year. Royal Mail have confirmed it was delivered however Flannels have said that it wasn’t. The item cost approx £70. £70 for something I don’t have. Very poor service
