I bought a Flipkart Smartbuy Cooler…

I bought a Flipkart Smartbuy Cooler from Flipkart. After couple of years it is not working so contact Flipkart for support. Flipkart says that after warranty period it is not our responsibility and Flipkart can not help anymore.I suggest that if anyone buying Flipkart made products (specially Smatbuy products like cooler, mixies, TV or any other white goods) do not expect their services. Their products are customised and difficult to get parts from open market. Be Aware !

Damaged & Tampered iPhone Delivered – Misleading Cancellation Process

I had a very disappointing experience with Flipkart while ordering an Apple iPhone 15 (Blue, 128 GB).Order ID: OD437164863110765100Order Date: March 2026During the open box delivery, I found that the product seal was already broken and the packaging was damaged. This raised immediate concerns about the condition of the product. On further inspection, I noticed that the manufacturing year mentioned was 2024, despite placing the order in 2026.Because of this, I refused to accept the delivery.However, the situation became more frustrating when the delivery agent instructed me to share the OTP to process the rejection. Based on this instruction, I shared the OTP, but the order was then marked as “cancelled” instead of properly recording it as a rejected delivery.Key concerns:* Product arrived with broken seal and damaged packaging* Delivered unit appeared to be older stock* Misleading instructions from delivery agent regarding OTP* Order incorrectly marked as customer cancellationI expected a smooth and transparent open box delivery process, but this experience was quite the opposite.I am currently seeking a replacement at the original price, as I should not face any loss due to this issue.I hope Flipkart reviews this case seriously and improves its delivery and verification processes to prevent such experiences for other customers.

Worst service

They selling cheap electronics in the name of diwali or billion day sale... Last year diwali i ordered a handset which was not performing as per expectations. I placed a return request same day and ordered another brand handset.. no one came to collect that handset and now I have 2 phones. No after sale service at all. No one care to call customer to resolve their issues, this site is good at selling vegetables and dhaniya, but not electronis

Very bad experience, poor customer care.

Very bad experience. There is no customer care at all. There is very limited scope for raising complaint regarding extreme delay in delivery. My order was expected on 25 March but not delivered till now, however, my another order of the same day was delivered on 28 March.There is no provision to talk with any member of Flipkart/Ekart.

Me ek cream order ki thi jo galat product tuta or purana product tha me customer care me complan v bahut baar kar li par koi fayda nahi hua , or bar bar return request cancel kar dete hai mera Flipkart ki return services bilkul acchi nahi hai ab to ispe se order karne me v dar lagta hai ek to galat product bhej dete hai or return v nahi lete bar bar return request cancel kar dete h very very very very very very poor services Flipkart 👎😡😡😡

fake product selling company flipkart

This is the absolute worst company that goes out of its way to protect the vendors who sell Fake products in their indian website . I was was fooled not once but three times by them . 1) when i bought a timex watch which failed exactly 1 month after the warranty period was over. i took it to a watch repairer . he immiediately told its a fake timex we replaced the battery and it still did not work.2) The second time i bought a bata sandal which failed in 25 days .3) The third time i bought a HP pen drive 1 year back at 30 % less price from them. it did not work. the print the product packaging and everything screamed that its a fake product. I asked for a refund since i knew that if i asked for a replacement i would again get a fake product. Flipkart made a notification in the website that they had come and nobody was present. A second attempt was made and again no one was present. The truth was that i was home and no one had come. This faltu e-commerce website strategy is simple , place the products at 10% low price than amazon. give fake or faltu or used mobiles or other stuff to the poor customer. Un fortunately , for them i took my buisness permanently to their biggest rival . i have spent more than 2 lakhs on a**zon and will frequently go to them for their service.Shape up flipkart if you are reading this.... stop protecting fake product vendors. protect your customers instead.

Absolute third class service

Absolute third class service, support and delivery... My prepaid order for wet grinder is not delivered even after a week of arrival in mumbai.. Every day we get message - item is out for delivery.. we keep waiting whole day... Evening again message - delivery rescheduled...Support team can not answer anythingJust keep waiting endlesslyNEVER ORDER from Flipkart... Go for Amazon

These days flipkart became worst

These days flipkart became worst. I ordered a atomberg bldc fan on 12 th of March, after a wait of almost 10 days it was cancelled by flipkart citing no valid reasons. Again I ordered a different model of same make on 22nd, it was also cancelled without a reason. I want to keep away from flipkart for their attitude towards customers. Very very bad experience.

I bought a product and it was defective, refused return even if return policy is valid for one whole week from now.

I bought a product and it was defective and it was also old (sold as new) as the newly downloaded product app already had a previous owner. On phone they tried to troubleshoot and it did not resolve. On flipkart website, it is showing that 'Return Policy is valid till 29th" and today is 23rd. I received the product yesterday, 22nd and now they are saying they will not allow return but only replace or repair, that also I have to take the stuff to a nearby service centre. Its unethical that they are selling damaged, refurbished product as new and refusing return. Will uninstall the flipkart app now as I had done for more than 7 years.
