I’ve been speaking with Kendra from chat support regarding missing funds. I have provided extensive evidence — including around 100 screenshots — clearly showing that I am unable to open a support ticket myself. Despite repeatedly demonstrating this issue, I keep being told that there is nothing she can do and that I must resolve it on my own.This is particularly confusing and concerning because previous agents were able to open tickets for me without any issue. So it is clear that assistance is possible, yet in this case I am being refused help.I’ve made every effort to cooperate, explain the situation, and provide proof, but I am not receiving the support I need. Being told repeatedly to do something that I have already shown I cannot do is extremely frustrating.I would appreciate it if someone could review this situation and investigate how this case has been handled, as well as provide proper assistance in resolving my issue.
