Order was incomplete(6 Funko Pops). Send a email to customer service on 29th December 2025. They wanted a picture from shipping carton with time stamp and all the funkos I got. I showed them. And i showed them that the shipping carton don’t have the space for the 6 more Funko pops that I missed. They send me back a email on 07th January: „We appreciate your patience; your request is important to us! We are reviewing your request and will be right with you.“ after this day I asked for a update at 14th January and got no answer. I asked again at 25th January and don’t got a answer again. I lost over 100€ on this order. Order at your own risk

Ordered over a month ago and haven’t received package. Thankfully I was one of the lucky ones and I have been told I can have a refund. Spent 70 euro on a birthday gift and it never even came— got lost in transit so I reordered and it got lost again. Very disappointing. Customer service was the only good thing to come out of this as they were helpful and very kind. Do not order from this website, you may not get so lucky.

I have purchased several Funko Pop items for my daughter, who is an avid gamer. During my first order, the package was delivered to an incorrect address approximately two miles from my home. Fortunately, the recipient kindly brought it to me. However, I did not receive any notification from Funko regarding shipment, and when I reached out to the company about these issues, my concerns were not addressed.Despite this unsatisfactory experience, I decided to place another order as the item was a limited edition exclusive available only on their website. Unfortunately, communication did not improve. I did not receive confirmation of my order, prompting me to contact customer service again for verification. Eventually, I found confirmation through my account, but once more, I was not informed when the order shipped. These experiences suggest that their business practices and customer service are in need of significant improvement.Additionally, considering the large variety of Funko products, it is notable that not all are available for purchase on their official website. Overall, my interactions with customer service have been disappointing, and there appear to be persistent issues with their business operations.

Ordered personalised pop figures in November. Paid for them. No delivery dates or response to correspondence from myself. Never received the figures but did get money back via my bank.

Zero star if there's an option for it. Very bad customer support and pop yourself ordered since 2 months ago with accessories didn't arrived but customer support said it was delivered and won't be refunding the payment when finally they responded to my email. Though a screenshot of my funko account was sent to their email clearly with my order status not yet shipped.

Absolutely terrible store.Most rare Funko I’ve ever managed to get went missing in the Funko warehouse.Support are useless.No help at all, nothing to try resolve the issue.

Made an order on Funko's italian site and I received an email from DHL saying I have to pay customs. Tried to reach out to Funko and I was completely and utterly IGNORED. That's why people buy from resellers. They are so embarassing. No, wait, "embarassing" is a kind word. Don't ever buy from them. EVER.

Bits missing, customer services didnt resolve and in the end ignored me and left my matter unresolved therefore not providing me with what I paid for.Ordered a few of the pop yourself characters for people for gifts at christmas, weeks went by wich is fine, whatever I ordered in plenty of time, eventually they turned up but one of the characters was missing one of the personalisation accessories. Wich sounds trivial but when were talking faceless rectangles with a choice of maybe 12 outfits ultimately its the accessories and all the choices combined that really give a clue to who the pop character is.Besides what I got wasnt what I paid for.Contacted customer services who asked me to send photos of the item and the packaging.Sent the photos clearly showing the missing piece and clearly explained what I wanted.They told me they would get this sorted and how this isnt their usual standard wich looking at the other reviews it clearly is.Few more weeks went by and a package comes, rather than send me the missing piece I requested they sent me every other character I ordered wich I didnt have a problem with so now I had 2 of the complete characters and still not the complete character I originally reached out about.So this is why im giving 2 stars, It would have been 1 stars for the poor customer support however I have given an extra star because they tried to resolve the issue somewhat and I dont want to mistake incompetence for malice.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Funko Europe regarding my order for personalized Funko Pops. I have been trying to get a refund for two missing accessory packs since November 7th.After multiple emails, they finally asked for photos on December 25th, which I sent immediately. Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails (on January 5th and January 19th), but I have received no response at all.It has been over two months, I followed all their instructions, and I still don't have my money back for the missing parts of my custom order. This is unacceptable. Please resolve order BEL20302356 and refund my money immediately.
