Disgusting company
Disgusting company, ordered a bunch of games that were labelled as new! When they arrived 6/9 weren’t sealed and one of them didn’t even have the bonus deluxe edition contents! Complete fraud!Avoid at all costs!

Ordered 2 x one piece TS-2 tins that come with 3 different designs. Was sent 2 the the same one. Packer would have had to do it on purpose given the way the tins are in carton. Just so happened to be give the least valuable.

The staff at GAME were great
The staff at GAME acknowledged a problem with the EVRI delivery and within days a replacement package had arrived. Excellent. Good purchases at a discount price.Well pleased

Cheek to charge delivery!
Bought a physical copy of a PS5 game with a gift card. Went to a local store and they were charging £4.99 to have it delivered in-store .. So ordered online and the same cost of £4.99. Five quid to post a BR Disc, really? Not even fast delivery and to add insult to injury they use Evri.What a scam. I've no doubt they're cashing in on the excessive delivery fee. No wonder they're nearly out the 'GAME' Here's hoping they do.

So easy to order, delivery was next day, like I asked for, was able to pay with Fraser plus, so that helped loads, all in all a great experience, would definitely use them again

The worst customer service i have ever had
The worst customer service i have ever received. I ordered a £40 E-gift card on Saturday night and it's now tuesday night with still no email. The Customer service team have been no help and rude, as apparently my order was "customised" when i've checked my order multiple times and it shows no signs of this. Once i've finally received (if i ever do) the gift card i can't wait to see what customisation is within the email. Terrible experience and never again and i'd advise anyone else to do the same. Stay away

Gift card or scam?
Ordered a gift card to be delivered by email. over 72 hours later I’m still waiting for it. Spoken to multiple people on the online chat who were of no help what so ever. Was told it’d arrive within the hour, then told 24-48 hours to THEN be told 5-7 working days. I received confirmation of my order 3 days later at which point I went back into the live chat with someone who couldn’t even tell me anything. Was told the ‘appropriate team’ are dealing with it but yet could not tell me if I was actually receiving my order or not. Will stay well clear of this company from now on and I’d advise others to do the same. Absolute joke!
