AVOID! Not worth the risk!
I’m honestly shocked by how many positive reviews this site has, because my experience was extremely disappointing.I decided to purchase a one-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription from them based on their strong ratings and competitive price. The purchase process itself was straightforward, but the issue started immediately after: the digital code I received simply did not work. When I tried to redeem it on my Xbox, I got an error saying the code was invalid.I reached out to customer support requesting either a replacement code or a refund. After waiting a couple of days, I finally received a response—but it didn’t address my issue at all. Instead, they asked whether the problem had already been resolved and if they could close the ticket. That response made no sense given that my entire message was about a code that didn’t work.I replied to clarify, and then received another response from a different representative stating that because I had “confirmed the purchase,” there was nothing they could do. That reasoning is completely illogical—of course I confirmed the purchase, that’s how transactions work. The issue isn’t whether I bought it, it’s that the product I received was invalid. There was no attempt to verify the code, no troubleshooting, and no effort to make things right.Overall, this was a frustrating and unhelpful experience. I would not purchase from them again and would strongly recommend others look elsewhere. There are plenty of more reliable and customer-focused sites offering similar prices without the risk.
