Due to the manufacturer's fault, parts and accessories were missing from the factory packaging. With the help of Geekbuying staff, I received a replacement device in less than a week. The communication between us was excellent. Big praise and thanks to Geekbuying staff.

I contacted Geekbuying customer service regarding a technical issue with a part (5-way Manifold Kit).The support team handled my request professionally and efficiently: they asked for photos/videos, reviewed the issue with their technical team, and quickly proposed a clear solution.They sent a replacement part free of charge, without asking me to return the defective one.Communication was smooth and polite throughout the entire process, with regular updates and a tracking number once the part was shipped.I received the replacement, installed it, and everything is now working perfectly.The issue is fully resolved.Very good experience with Geekbuying’s customer service. I definitely recommend them 👍

I bought an electric bike from the brand Touroll last June. A few months later, in December, my battery charger broke down. After some tests to try to find the problem (through videos), Geekbuying sent me a new charger. Perfect after-sales service.

Had a wonderful experience with geekbuying team where I received a bent disc for my e scooted and I sent them a video and everything and I got a quick update that they will send me a brake disc, extra tubeless tire and a charger. All free of charge so I'm really grateful and recommend it 100%
