Dear Sir/Madam,

Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to formally express my frustration and deep dissatisfaction with the way my refund case has been handled by Geox.I was clearly and confidently informed by your team that the finance department would process my refund within 30 days. Trusting this assurance, I waited accordingly. However, on the 26th day, when I proactively requested a status update, my request was dismissed, and I was again reassured—very confidently—that the refund would be completed by the 30th day.As expected, the refund was not processed within the promised timeframe. Instead, when I followed up, I was told that the refund had allegedly been processed on 10/02/2026. This statement was not only inaccurate but also misleading. After several follow-up emails seeking clarification, I only received a response this morning stating that “management is looking into this.”I find this entire experience both frustrating and unacceptable. The repeated assurances, followed by inaccurate information and delays, give the impression of deliberate “buying time” rather than a genuine effort to resolve the issue. It is extremely disappointing that for a relatively small amount of €119, such tactics are being employed instead of simply honoring the refund commitment.This situation has left me feeling misled and disrespected as a customer. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly, including highlighting my experience with the Florence store, so that other customers and tourists can be aware.I expect immediate clarification and confirmation of when the refund will be completed.

This is the works company I ever dealt with.The worst costumer support ever.If you have a problem with whatever you buy just forget about getting in touch with someone because is not going to happen.I been sending emails for over 3 weeks and no reply.

The shoes are too big and I would have…

The shoes are too big and I would have liked to order a smaller size but the returns policy is so horrendous I won’t bother.I don’t have a printer I’m nowhere near a ups drop off place, would it be too much to ask that they just put a returns label in with your purchase and an invoice inside for you to return with the reason like most decent retailers do.I presume they make it difficult so you don’t return things well they must also lose a lot of customers who don’t want to have to jump through hoops to just return an item.Never again

AVOID!

Purchased £75 school shoes for my son which were worn from September mostly indoors (no football at break time) 4 days per week. We don't walk to school but by January they had holes right through the soles and the tops had split away from the bottom. Contacted Geox, they were very slow to respond and eventually decided this was reasonable and not a quality issue, so no refund or replacement would be issued. Save yourself money and buy from Next then replace half way through the school year, it will still be cheaper than these!

Not delivered

Wish I read comments before. UPS marked as delivered, but was NOT delivered. No one to talk to! Sent an email and website message and heard nothing, nothing!! I am now filing a dispute

They did not deliver teh boots i…

They did not deliver the boots i ordered , but someone else's. The online customer service very slow, unhelpful, unavailable. They was not able to manage my complaint in 5 weeks. You have to wait days for their response and its never final. This sercive is terrible.

Very poor experience with Geox.

Very poor experience with Geox.Both pairs of shoes I bought have extremely hard heel counters and are painful to wear. One pair is still unwearable due to constant rubbing. Shoes for my child were also too narrow.Returns are expensive, and even as a member you have to pay for shipping both ways. On top of that, Geox charged an extra $10 with no explanation. I paid $60, paid return shipping, and was told I would only get $44 back, with no transparency.Disappointing quality and customer service.

GEOX

In my experience, GEOX offers good semi-quality products at a reasonable price, but they seem very reluctant when it comes to accepting returns or issuing refunds. I’d recommend buying from their online store ONLY if you’re certain you won’t need to return anything, if in doubt you better off at Zara or H&H.

Terribly stiff boots

Terribly stiff boots, impossible to wear let alone walk in them. The heel is made of a hard cardboard or so it feels and sole is plastic so it won't flex, l have to return them. Shame as they look so good.
