Paid about 75 pounds for school shoes that my son wore mostly indoors about four days a week starting in September. No sports at recess either. We drive to school, so no walking. By January, the soles had holes straight through and the upper part had separated from the sole. When I reached out to Geox, they took forever to respond and eventually said this was normal wear and tear, so they wouldn't refund or replace. You'd spend less money buying from Next and replacing them halfway through the year and still come out ahead versus these.

Wish I'd read other people's experiences first. UPS said they delivered my package but it never showed up. Can't get anyone on the phone to help. Emailed multiple times and got zero response. I've filed a dispute over this.

From what I've experienced, Geox has decent products at fair prices, but getting them to accept a return or process a refund is like pulling teeth. I'd only shop their online store if you're absolutely certain you won't want to return anything. Otherwise, check out Zara or other retailers instead.

Really frustrated after visiting a Geox store in a London shopping center. Spent about 110 pounds on shoes, exchanged them, but wasn't given a receipt for the exchange. My wife went back later with our original receipt to get a refund and was turned down because the store said they made a mistake. When she asked for help, the staff wouldn't even give their names and acted very rude while our kids were there. I've already contacted the main office with all my information.

Every pair of Geox boots I've owned has had the soles fall apart after a few months. The rest of the boot holds up fine, but once that happens, the shoe's done for. I took one pair to a repair shop and they said it couldn't be fixed. It's wasteful and I'm shocked the company's still around.

Don't order from their website. The returns process is a nightmare. I saw some Geox items at a London store, liked them, and ordered online from home. Delivery was quick enough. I ordered two pairs of boots to check sizing and a jacket too, then wanted to return one pair of boots and the jacket. The jacket sizing is way off, their size 36 fit like a 40 and was enormous when I'm normally a small 36. Returning through free UPS is complicated. Geox's website sends you to the US UPS site even though you're in the UK. Once you find a local place to drop off, you need to print tons of paperwork and it goes different places which seems intentionally confusing to stop returns. It's needlessly difficult. The UK is outside the EU now so they say multiple copies are required. I dropped my items off over a week ago with no confirmation from either UPS or Geox about whether they're on their way back for my refund, which other companies do automatically. Won't buy online from Geox again, not worth the aggravation.

These expensive Geox shoes are the most painful thing I've ever put on my feet. Walking in them feels unnatural and hurts so much I can't wait to get them off. My heels hurt and I get awful cramps when I remove them. This is anything but comfortable. I'm done with this brand.

Got a pair of shoes from the website, sent them back right away. They said refunds could take up to 30 days but usually happen in one to three days. Three weeks have gone by and I email them weekly getting the same automated response each time. Don't fall for it. Refunds never happen in the first three days. You'll wait the full 30 or longer. Not ordering from them again over this principle.

The return process is terrible. My sandals arrived at their warehouse over a week ago but I only found out because I had to chase them down myself. They still haven't processed the return and I'm being told it'll be another two weeks before I see my refund. Awful experience.

These school shoes are low quality. The strap came off and they make your socks turn grey really fast.

I've been buying Geox for several years now and honestly, I'm puzzled by all the bad reviews out there, especially about shipping which isn't really within Geox's control. The designs look sharp and the quality matches the price point really well. One pair had the sole start to separate, which was mostly cosmetic, so I mailed them back and got my money back no problem. Sizing does vary between different styles, but that's pretty standard. It seems like Geox might not be actively keeping tabs on review sites, which is a shame because I don't think their rating reflects how good they actually are.
