This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.I contacted Ghostek literally seconds after placing my order to correct a shipping address. Despite the immediate request, they proceeded to “process” the order anyway and refused to make any changes.What makes this even more frustrating is that the shipping status showed only a label had been created — the package had not been handed to USPS yet. In other words, they still had control over the shipment and chose to do nothing.Their solution? Tell me to contact the carrier (who can’t redirect a package they haven’t received) or wait for the item to be returned — even though it’s being sent to an address I don’t have access to, making a return impossible.This situation was completely avoidable, but instead of helping, they hid behind scripted responses and pushed the responsibility onto me. Zero accountability, zero urgency, and zero effort to fix a problem I tried to prevent immediately.If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect real support. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you enjoy fighting customer service over issues they could easily resolve.

The case I got (Polarity clear) is very nice, sleek, sturdy, and comfortable to hold. The button covers feel like they aren't even there, no mushy feeling at all. The issue I have is with the tempered glass screen protector. It renders the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor completely useless. Other than that it definitely looks and feels high quality. I would look elsewhere for a screen protector if you have the Galaxy S series with ultrasonic touch, as it is NOT compatible, and I didn't see that mentioned anywhere before purchasing

Ghostek sent me the wrong case, as my order clearly stated it was for a Samsung S25 Ultra and not the Regular S25. But a case for Regular S25 is what I got. When I contacted for assistance, I was told since I bought with Prime shipping. They couldn't do anything but setup return. So basically my business means nothing what so ever, or like with Amazon, they would have setup exchange, so I don't have to wait so long to place new order and wait for delivery, under the hopes it's the correct item this time. I would rather spend twice as much with another company than do business with Ghostek again.

I purchased the Exec case with cardholder. The case has been good and the cardholder initially was great. Then the hinge failed in the cardholder after 3 months. I reached out to the company 3 times over 3 weeks and no response. I would have been happy to get another cardholder, but they didn’t even respond to my request. Very disappointed in this company.

The hinge placement on the case damaged my phone. I contacted them for a full refund and they agreed to send a returns label, twice. No returns labels received. Opened a case with PayPal and got a full refund after about a month. For this reason I would avoid using them or their cases in the future.

Ordered a phone case on October 3rd. Package was delivered on October 7th. All the paperwork has the correct order info but the case I received was not what I ordered. I reached out to them via contact email and received this response, "Thank you so much for contacting us! We will get back to you faster than a speeding ticket! We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during our operating hours, which are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM EST. Please note that our team is not available on weekends or holidays."It is now the 10th and they have not responded via email or phone. I tried to call them but all their phone lines go to a voicemail that says they cannot accept any more messages.Update:Received this response on October 16th:Hi Cindy,I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding regarding your order. I understand that you received the wrong item and wish to have a refund instead of a replacement.We will process a refund, once we confirm that the return tracking number shows the item has been delivered back to us. Thank you for providing the USPS tracking number 9400150899561120202509.Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with. Thank you for your patience and understanding.Catherine Smith | Equipment SpecialistClient Support Division — GhostekSo it's been 9 days since they received back what they shipped incorrectly (tracking number 9400 1508 9956 1120 2025 09)This cost me $9.45 and I expect to be reimbursed for this SINCE THEY SHIPPED ME THE WRONG ITEM.I expect a full reimbursement of the original charge of $34.86 plus the$9.45 for a total refund of $44.31.Hey Ghostek, where is my refund???

Ordered the wrong item and emailed them immediately . There auto response was they will follow up in 24 hours. Have sent an email everyday with no response and then a notification they are sending the wrong order. GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought the ATOMIC Slim case for my Galaxy S22 Ultra after reading many positive reviews on Ghostek’s website. It seemed like a solid and stylish choice. Unfortunately, it failed catastrophically.Just two weeks in, my daughter dropped her phone from a height of about 50 cm (2 feet) onto asphalt. It landed on a corner — and the entire back glass shattered. A few drops later, the main camera module stopped working. After about 18 months, the motherboard cracked, and the phone was beyond repair.The case? Barely scratched.What’s even more concerning is the review system. I submitted my review and it was marked as a verified buyer. However, I noticed that out of over 200 reviews, only two were negative — including mine. This is very suspicious. I now strongly believe that Ghostek removes or hides negative reviews over time to artificially maintain a high rating. I relied on those glowing reviews — and that trust was completely misplaced.Bottom line:This case is a ghost in more ways than one — it looks protective but offers no real defense. You're better off with a cheaper case from AliExpress. At least you won’t be fooled by fake hype.

Only got posted when I submitted a claim to paypal because it was way over the date I was given.Case for the Z fold 7 is poor the hinge gets caught on the front screen bumperThe front screen bumper shifts to the right and keeps pulling up screen protectors even with the glue stripsI would have to pay to return it so I guess im stuck with a phone case that I wont be using because its so bad
