Wife bought me a pre paid visa gift card. Charged the credit card, never sent it to me. Won’t answer requests. “We are closed” ai won’t help without order number. Scam website.

You guys are completely incompetent. Your automatic system can't recognize option selection - need to debug and troubleshoot it. You customer support is non-existing. This is a second time I order a gift card online with you guys. The first time I was told my order got lost and they refund by money. Second time the system doesn't recognize I have an order, even though I have an email receipt. As a programmer and customer I've never experience such an incompetent customer service and automatic phone service. Get better programmers and customer service!

I received called back & it's a Telemarketing company that runs giftcards.com I'd give ZERO if 0 was present. Do Not Trust Giftcards.com. Says you can pay bill's on card, customer service says No you can't. I've bought a new card sense last year 6 months ago & paid my bill's. I'm so Angry that I can not pay bill's when back of card & website says you can. I couldn't pay phone bill, my cloud. My Google no ads any more. Gift cards declined payment. I tried buying on Amazon so far no decline as of yet but I'm beginning to wonder if I can use at all. I checked balance my balance is what I put on. I wouldn't of wasted my money if I knew I can't pay bill's any more using gift card. I hate banks & gift card was good option last year but Not this year . Gift card .com needs to put on back of card No Pay Bill's so people on disability won't purchase sense they changed rules. I wouldn't of wasted 6.95 on card if knowingly not able to pay bill's. Card was 5 bucks last year for what now if you can't pay bill's. IWhy waste 6.95 just to go shopping when I can use cash. DO NOT BUY It's False Advertising on back of card. I'm hoping my Amazon order comes through. 🙏 This is so wrong & evil to change how you use card without a warning of changes.

I had lost or deleted the email with the gift card info and a couple of representative helped me get all that info. and received the full amount of gift card. Didn't think it was possible but they did help me out. So grateful i got the help i needed.

I ordered from this company during the Christmas season. Unfortunately, there was some problems with mail delivery (mail was slow) and got worried that the cards would not arrive in time or that the cards may have been stolen. I explained my concerned to the company and they swiftly refunded my money. Well, the cards did arrive and I received them in time, but by this time the cards had been deactivated because of the refund request. I'm grateful and will use this company again when I'm in the market for gift cards.

I ordered 4 gift cards. Only one got to the person i ordered card for. Bank has been charger for all 4. You owe me $450 Pluss fees. Bill Rogers Situation has been resolved. Thank You Bill Rogers
