Never ending maze of automated systems
I’ll start by saying if you’re having an issue with a refund, FILE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK. I can guarantee you this is the only option for refund. Read reviews on better business bureau. My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. I ordered four boxes of contact lenses for $159.60I’ll spare the unnecessary details and fast forward to my primary frustration with them. After a series of back‑and‑forth with a “human” (questionable) that was unhelpful, I canceled the order and requested a refund. They hadn’t even processed or shipped the product yet so I thought this would be a simple process. Nope. That’s when the real problems began. Their system is a maze of automated messages, and it’s nearly impossible to reach a real person. I was told my refund would be processed within 7–10 business days starting January 31st. By February 16th, nothing had been issued. After more time wasted navigating their automated system, I learned they hadn’t even started processing the refund.If you’re waiting on a refund, your best option is to dispute the charge with your bank. That was the only way I was able to get my money back, and thankfully my bank handled the situation quickly and professionally.
