Sells Faulty Product
I ordered a Naming cushion, and recently found out that the design is faulty. I didn’t have to replace cushion with a refill until now. But, upon attempting to swap them, I noticed that no matter how much pressure I used, the refill would not go in the compact. I reached out to Customer Service, and they simply said that there was not much they could do because it had been over 30 days. However, regardless of their return policy, it’s not acceptable to sell a defective product, and not be responsible for it. It’s frustrating to get any help from them because there’s no phone number that you can call and escalate a situation. The company demonstrates a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and often ignore customer complaints.

"}I recently ordered skincare products from Olive Young and had a very disappointing experience.The total on the website was already higher than expected (around $83 for a $58 order), but what shocked me the most was that I had to pay an additional €33 in customs fees upon delivery. This was never clearly mentioned during checkout.While I understand that international orders may include taxes, the lack of transparency is unacceptable. Customers should be clearly informed about potential customs charges before completing their purchase.Because of this hidden cost, the products ended up being much more expensive than expected. I would not recommend ordering from this site unless you are fully aware of these extra fees.Very disappointe

Terrible service
Very disappointing experience. I entered my full and correct address when placing my order, but the package was shipped with an incomplete address (missing apartment number and door number). Because of this, delivery in Germany was impossible and the package was returned.I even contacted DHL myself, and they confirmed that the incorrect address came from the sender and could not be changed on their side. Despite this being clearly not my fault, OLIVE YOUNG Global refused to offer any solution — no refund and no reshipment.The customer service response was unhelpful and dismissive, simply blaming “insufficient address” without properly investigating the issue.This situation caused unnecessary stress, delays, and financial loss (120euros). I would not recommend ordering from them unless they improve their shipping accuracy and customer support.

I feel scammed i paid more than 60% of…
I feel scammed i paid more than 50% of my whole order total just for the dogana and when i complained they said nothing other than if the package is not paid it will be destroyed or returned which is not gonna be their responsibility therefore the refund will not be made so i had no other choice to pay that ridiculous amount just for that delivery/dogana and i still haven’t received my package yet

Amazing, definitely recommend UK
Amazing! Olive Young Global. I ordered on Thursday and by Monday morning I had delivery in my hands. Full tracking was provided and they used DHL, which I love. This was UK order, I made sure to not spend more than £135 to avoid customs charges. Really appreciate all discounts and offers that they doing, also freebie’s as first time buyer 🥰 definitely recommend and will be purchasing again.

I am an Olive young regular customer
I am an Olive young regular customer, i ordered probably 15 times and never had a problem on their deliveries up to now. We may have pureseoul shop now here in UK and i think i will be a pureseoul regular customer from now on. its just that since olive young added another 20% VAT on top of ordered items. Making their items way too expensive compared to Pureseoul and skin cupid. Saying this i am grateful for all the orders i had in the past with olive young especially when they got free gifts and during black friday sale was really a hit. Good discounts on their item plus discount coupons as well to add at the end of payments . But now happy days is gone as Olive Young customer, adding 20% vat is way too much. The items in pureseoul and skin cupid can match olive youngs prices but they will not ask extra 20% at the end of bill.

Highly reliable
Wow, my friend told me that they’re scared of ordering from Olive Young Global due to such low reviews on Trustpilot. I couldn’t believe it what I see.I’ve ordered from Olive Young Global 9 times between Nov-24 and Jan-26, never have any issues. The products have very far away expiry dates, very good price (compared to stores in UK e.g. Pure Seoul, Skin Cupid, Glam Touch, etc.). I put my trust in OY than other platforms (e.g. Stylevana, YesStyle) as it is a gigantic cosmetics retailer in South Korea. OY have always used DHL as delivery services to me, and it’s been reliable every time. Most deliveries took 9 days to arrive to me, with some took only 6.

Refused full refund when order was rejected at UK customs due to their mistake
Ordered some moisturisers because of the great deal, spent over £60 only for the order to be rejected at UK customs because it didn’t have the required documents. Would have been a no-issue if they took responsibility, but they initially didn't want to give me a refund. Eventually had to settle for a partial refund; some excuse about how I had to cover the cost of the shipping (which makes no sense since it was their error, not mine). Would not be buying from here again.

I prezzi sono alti considerando che non sono comprese le spese doganali come invece fanno altri siti ma hanno una buona selezione e articoli esclusivi. Ho ordinato un prodotto in cui la foto e la descrizione affermavano che erano compresi diversi articoli tra cui un siero in formato normale,delle fiale,una bustina in stoffa e altre cose . Ricevo il pacco ed all'interno c'erano solo le fiale e la bustina in stoffa .
