I sent a jacket in that would not turn…

I sent a jacket in that would not turn on. They immediately contacted me, assessed the problem and returned the vest within 5 days. Quick turnaround and fast service.

customer service good, products unsure

Customer support was mostly helpful, kind, and patient. Appreciate they don't seem to use AI like other companies. There's maybe some good charity stuff and the materials don't seem terrible. The products though, I must have had some really bad luck because I got them, some worked a little but others didn't at all, I sent them back, they were purportedly tested (photo evidence) fixed/replaced, returned to me, but while one item mostly works (and what doesn't isn't important), the other still didn't at all, batteries were sent to see if that would resolve the issue, it didn't, those have been sent back. So while customer service was supportive, unfortunately the products didn't work out ideally.

Isn't it funny how all their responses are all the same?? When you have a bad experience you just repeat the same things sorry for your frustration ! Seriously if a company wants to post a reply don't repeat the same crap actually address the customer! You people suck? I'll get the same reply as I did with my last post! Sorry you're disappointed we hope you'll come back again absolutely not

Bought the Gobi Vest for my wife

Bought the Gobi Vest for my wife. She walks our little dog every morning - rain - snow or shine. This time of year it can be zero degrees some mornings. In the past she would come home and be super cold - - - not any more. She loves the vest!!!

This Company Is Horrible

If I could give gobi heat 0 stars I would.Bought a heated Vest for my husband for Christmas. The battery they sent is defective. They want me to send it back (fine) I have to pay for shipping, put a note in the box wait for them to inspect it and then They will decide is it's defective. No money back They might send me a new one. By the time all that happens winter will be over. I went ahead and bought a new one I will send old one back after I receive new one and hopefully it works! Also I used a code for 20% off . After payment went through The final price Did Not reflect 20% off.When I emailed customer service They told me you can't use discount codes on Batteries.😡I hate this company. Update:They replied to this review And Again I get The run Around!Horrible Company Horrible business ethics!!

I’ve had a very disappointing, and dishonest, warranty experience

I’ve had a very confusing and, I feel, dishonest experience with Gobi Heat regarding a Zen Blanket order and warranty issue.My original Zen Heated Blanket, purchased in May, failed while under the one-year warranty. I returned it as instructed, expecting a like-for-like replacement. Instead, I was sent a cheaper, different blanket that I did not ask for and do not want. I tried to return it.I was first told the Zen Blanket was out of stock. I was later told there was a “system glitch” causing it to appear available on your website. These explanations directly contradict one another.On Tue, Jan 06, 2026, at 10:33 PM, Gobi Heat Customer Service wrote:Hello Christine,At this time, there is a system glitch that is causing the Zen Heated Blanket (Olive color) to appear as available on our website. Unfortunately, the item is not actually in stock, and any orders placed for this product will be automatically cancelled. Our IT team is aware of the issue and is working to fix it.Gobi HeatBecause the Zen Blanket continued to show as available for purchase on your website, I placed a new order on 1/8/26, which went through successfully. The blanket is on its way and will be delivered next week.I returned my product in good faith and expect the warranty to be honored. Instead, I was forced to order a Zen blanket ON MY OWN and spent $249.00 and now have a blanket (Cove - poncho) that I wanted to return as soon as I received it and saw it was not like the original Zen blanket I owned and returned. I feel Gobi Heat lied to me, saying, first, that the Zen blanket was out of stock. Instead, I was told there was a glitch in the system. I feel your company lied to me, telling me that the Zen blanket was out of stock. Instead, I was told there was a glitch. Our IT team is aware of the issue and is working to fix it.Had I been given accurate information, not lied to, I would not have placed an order or spent money unnecessarily.
