Update: After calling and emailing back and forth, they sent me a working battery. That said, for what you pay, I feel like a charging block should come standard instead of just a short 6 inch cable. Hoping this one lasts longer than our last one, which only made it a little over a year before having issues. I bought a small women's heated vest as a gift. The battery showed only 3% when it arrived. I plugged in the USB-C cord that came with it. Problem was, there was no charging block included. I tried using three different USB-C blocks I already owned. Nothing worked to charge it. Spent a lot of time on this. No instructions either. Tried holding the button down. Still nothing. Now I have to spend even more time trying to work something out with customer service. Return process seems like a headache. Total waste of time.
