HI! I wanted to use my points at booking. Instructions stated that there would be a pop up at payment. Nothing showed up so I was not able to use my points. Suggestions?

I booked three tee times in Florida on Golf Now before I left Canada in early January this year. I arrived at the first course and paid my green fees in the Pro Shop for the reservation, and then when I returned to Canada, I see a charge for $100.16 from Golf Now for the same reservation that I paid at the course. I thought it would be a straight forward conversation with Golf Now to refund the duplicate charge. After contacting customer Service (Ridley), and after providing all the necessary documentation which clearly outlines the duplicated charge including credit card statements, course information, credit card information, date & time of the booking etc, Golf Now is saying that they cannot see the charge in their records and they will not be refunding the $100.16 Cdn funds. This is outright fraud!! I would recommend not using Golf Now ever, as there ability to manage even the simplest of customer service issues reveals a fundamental problem with using this platform. I would recommend calling the Pro Shop directly for all future bookings.

The website shows a hot deal which I book with my credit card and after I provide a credit card it states t time is no longer available. But the t time continues to show available on the website again that day and the next day so I tried again and same result. Then my login shows an error and to contact customer service but their is no customer service number to find anywhere on their website so you have to google the service number which I called. The first call dropped while waiting for an agent, the second call dropped after getting an agent who I asked to check if in fact the t time was available or not so I had to call in a third time and the agent said they are having trouble updating t times. I asked why the system books my credit card and then tells me the t time is no longer available vs telling me first and she had no answer. This system has promise but their execution is very poor.

Many customers run into problems with GolfNow not because of the courses, but because of how the platform operates once something goes wrong.Customer service is a major weak point. Responses are slow, often generic, and rarely address the specific issue being raised. In situations involving cancellations, weather issues, or course errors, customers frequently report being pushed toward credits instead of refunds, even when they didn’t receive the service they paid for. Escalation options are limited, and follow-up communication is inconsistent. The business model itself adds to the frustration. GolfNow collects payment upfront, adds service fees, and positions itself as the intermediary. But when there’s a dispute, responsibility is deflected back to the course. This leaves customers stuck between two parties, with neither fully owning the problem. The end result is often time lost, money tied up in restricted credits, and no clear resolution.Pricing transparency is another issue. Tee times are marketed as deals, but additional fees at checkout can eliminate any savings. In many cases, booking directly with the course is cheaper and offers clearer cancellation policies.Taken together, these practices create an experience where customers carry most of the risk, while the platform keeps the fees and limits its accountability. Whether intentional or not, the system consistently works against the customer when problems arise, which is why many golfers choose to avoid using the platform again.

Anytime I go to a new town I use Golf Now to look up courses to play. And to check prices. I do read about each course & the superlatives that the pro shop has offered up. I usually ask a local about the courses I’ve found on Golf Now. So I use it to narrow my search.

Great course and easy booking through GolfNow. I like the way fees are explained and no surprises. The gentlemen at Dogwood Hills were super friendly and made you feel they appreciated your business. I will play thete again!

Their eGift Cards are a SCAM, in no place does it show that these eGift Cards are only redeemable on Hot Deals or pre-paid tee times when you go to purchase it online, which result in about 1% of all tee times on the website. They are non-fundable and their help line is zero help, better off just getting Visa Gift Cards. Never booking on Golf Now again.

God awful! DO NOT BOOK A TEE TIME WITH THESE FOLKS! Good luck if you need to make any changes.

Reasonably straightforward, simple and quick. Good additional features to toggle back and forth for some criteria (backwards and forwards for dates on a selected course, for example). No glaring issues.
