POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
i reached out to you regarding my order and account. i still have no response. it's been 3 days. I almost ordered from someone else who was $20 cheaper. This is so sad, being that i ONLY order through you all. It's a sad day.

Customized mugs
I recently ordered customized mugs from here for the first time. There was a small bump in the road after I placed the order, but when I spoke with someone at the company, it was quickly resolved. Production was fast, and my order arrived within days. I am very pleased with the final product.

Missing product every time
My first order i ordered 4 of their business cards at 100 of each. While the quality was good, when I received them I found that 3 of them were missing 25 cards each. That's nearly 25% of my order missing. I only received $22 in store credit. I used that to place a second order. This time I ordered 50 postcards. When I received them, again quality was fine, but I only received 40. It's beyond ridiculous and highly unprofessional that this is a repeat issue.
