What Shoppers Say About Graceandstella
Graceandstella has a deeply polarized customer base. Satisfied shoppers praise the eye care products (masks, rollers, and balms) as effective and luxurious-feeling, while appreciating the value compared to other beauty brands. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious problems: products that fail to deliver results, items that arrived looking different from pictures or like low-quality knockoffs, subscription charges that persist despite cancellation requests, and bath products causing skin irritation. Several customers felt deceived by the gap between marketing claims and actual product performance.
The store sells skincare and bath products, with eye care items generating the most consistently positive feedback. The concerning pattern of subscription-related complaints and quality control issues suggests shoppers should verify product authenticity and carefully manage their account settings before ordering.

Sorted by: Most recentGreat quality without breaking the bank - I've had Grace and Stella stuff in my routine for a while and I'm really pleased with what I'm getting. Every product I've used feels well-made and solid, plus the prices are way better than other beauty companies out there. You get that luxury feeling at a regular price point. The packaging is cheerful and fun, the formula works nicely on skin and I've seen actual changes in how my complexion looks after switching. The under-eye masks are a real winner for me personally. They calm and soothe the area, super simple to apply and instantly make me look fresher even when I'm exhausted. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
These eye products are fantastic - Got the eye masks along with the eye roller and absolutely love them both. They've made a real difference in how my eyes look and I'm already thinking about grabbing more sets to give as Christmas gifts.
Disappointed after all the hype - I picked up the depuff eye roller for puffiness under my eyes and after about 4 days of using it there's zero improvement. My eyes look exactly the same. Doesn't do anything for me. The serum that came with it is decent but nothing special. The bright eye balm is fine on my skin though. I'd tried the gold eye patches before and those didn't work either. Ended up giving the whole package to my daughter. Really frustrated because I saw so many positive reviews online. Feels like money wasted.
You can get the same stuff elsewhere for way less - Everything they sell is available on cheap wholesale marketplaces. I grabbed a wax warmer and beads and when it showed up, it looked nothing like the pictures. It was this junky knockoff version like what you'd find on discount reseller sites. The warmer barely heated up right and kept shutting itself off randomly without turning back on. It was missing basically every feature they claimed it had and only had a basic temperature dial. The wax beads were terrible quality too. I've tried so many different wax types and these ones shattered as soon as you tried to pull them off. The smell is awful - kind of like cheap kid's play makeup.
Complete rip-off - This whole thing is a scam. I'm seriously into skincare and the actual product is garbage quality, so skip it. The bigger issue though is their subscription model which is totally fraudulent. I've asked them three separate times to turn off my subscription and they keep insisting it's done, but money continues getting pulled from my account every month. I've filed a complaint with my bank but getting help from their customer service has been a nightmare.
Not worth the investment - I ended up really let down by everything in my order. That bath pillow irritates my skin something fierce and leaves me all red and irritated after I use it, the bath bomb turned my tub into something that looks like murky water (honestly just get Lush instead!), and those under-eye masks? Completely useless. Don't throw your cash away on this.
