Love their hats and the designs they put out, but the international shipping situation is pretty frustrating. My first order had 4 hats and one arrived damaged because they just threw them loose in the box. Then I placed another order and got told it was on its way the next day, but UPS never actually picked it up in their system - they only saw the order info, not the package itself. When I contacted Grassroots about it, they basically said they can't help until 30 days go by. They explained the package might travel all the way to Norway without getting scanned, which honestly doesn't make much sense to me. I'm pretty let down by how this is being handled so far and worried it'll take forever to sort out. The company really needs to take a hard look at who they're using to ship things internationally.
