Grenade will blow you away!
I have been using Grenade for 10+ years, mainly as a meal replacement when they used to be Keto bars to now using them just to add on to my protein intake and substitute sweets. They have always been a great company. I don’t recall ever having any problems - the shipping is rapid, I have ordered one day and by the 3rd day it would be in hand - for FREE! I normally just get the bars but I have had the drinks, the spread as well but the bars are normally my go to monthly to keep me on track when the sweet tooth hits.

Missing bars and awful awful customer servicr
Only two bars out of three arrived. 6 days now without customer services replying to any of my messages and still no sign of the other two boxes I paid for. Will never buy from the again
