Greyhound when you are travel bound!

Greyhound is synonymous to adding critical experiences in the form of scenic views, introduction to places other than that one is familiar with and social skills such as engaging with other travelers and Transit Officers. The rides are pocket-friendly, dependable drivers and all staff make Greyhound a reliable transport company. Keep up the good work.

Greetings my recent greyhound bus trip…

Greetings my recent greyhound bus trip from Atlanta, Georgia to Houston Texas, on Wednesday, January 21, was a pleasant experience, things have changed as far as greyhound. The scheduling is up there with airport activity & their schedules, which is always a good thing when travel is concerned. The only thing that I would change is adding a little more security, to the bus stations, & or bus stops, the cleanness of the restrooms. That is something they should work on 100% because that matters Hand sanitation, around all bus stops, bus stations, going forward. Well lit facilities wouldn’t hurt either. Because as they say chaos is always just around the corner. Thank you and as always, Go Greyhoun!!

Great trip to Atlantic City and back

Great trip to Atlantic City and back. Busses were clean. Trip was fast and we arrived early both times. Safe, clean, new busses. Great Greyhound experience after so many years of not taking them. Loves it.

A nice ride with a friendly driver that helped me out of a bind

I was flying to Seattle on a two-stop flight, to pick up my daughter’s pets before she left the country. When I got to Vancouver, I found out my flight to Seattle had been cancelled last-minute. The airline couldn’t find any alternative flights for me until the next day, which would have meant the dogs would be left alone for a full day. After racing around the airport trying to get a flight (nope), rent a car ($350!), find my luggage… I was very grateful to have the option of the ‘Flixbus’ which got me to Seattle in time. The driver was lovely and helpful, the bus was clean and had a bathroom, internet and chargers, the trip was calm and scenic. Thank you for the excellent service.

My friend was down from Kentucky and we…

My friend was down from Kentucky and we got her a bus ticket back home. At departure the bus was picking up in Burger King parking lot & was 20 min late. We didn't know she had to download the ticket before hand & her phone got locked up due to data issues. There was no kiosk in parking lot & driver was unhelpful not letting her board. She missed the bus & my 45 yr old single friend is still stuck here, Jan 18th not able to get home. i draw social security & she's unemployed with no family that can help. We called the company after it happened & was told nothing could be done. We have called churches & county assistance org & told no one has cash funds for a bus ticket. We are out of options and her dad is now dying of stage 4 cancer & she's stranded here. Don't let the bus driver leave if your boarding in a parking lot without a copy of your ticket. They will not replace it

I don’t know anything about subway

I don’t know anything about subway, trains but I asked the receptionist for someone to guide me through she found me someone. I was pleased to that as a deaf person. Some people are so rude but the person was very nice.
