Uncomfortable- keep the giant box!!!
The chair I purchased is incredibly uncomfortable. I bought it for my work from home desk and cannot use it. I reached out to customer service after 2 days of trying it out and since the packaging was gone I had no means to return it and the was told to buy a separate cushion to maybe help with comfort. I was then offered $10 for my troubles. I declined. So now its just sitting in a corner while I look for something different that won't make me feel like I am in pain all day. Overall not a good experience and would not purchase anything else from this company based on my experience. Note I'm 5'8 174 lbs to better understand my size and the uncomfortability of the chair. Its like sitting on a flat rock. The speakers are nice though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Easy assembly
Easy assembly, well organized and clearly identified hardware. Took very little time to assemble, and chair operated well, and is very comfortable. Highly recommend this chair!

Horrible company
Everything came quickly, but the chair was misaligned. Couldn't get the back on straight at all. Customer service was quick to respond until I said I wanted to return, then silence. Had to reach out multiple times to get another response. Update:Will NEVER spend another dime with this company. Their email response to my review was that they will "investigate this matter and punish those responsible". Absolutely disgusting. I've never heard a company respond to a customer in that manner regarding their own employees. I'm glad I made the decision to return the faulty chair and not spend another dime. Absolutely disgusting. Appalling honestly.
