Doesn't ship to Alaska for some mystery…
Doesn't ship to Alaska for some mystery only known to someone deep in the bowls of guns.com. As if we don't have gun dealers with FFL here or that UPS/Fedex/USPS doesn't deliver directly to these FFLs. It's like hating one of the strongest 2nd Amendment bastions in the United States. Yes Guns.Com we are Americans. Who knew!

Ordered a pistol
Ordered a pistol. They charged my card then said they didn't have the pistol. Wanting to give me store credit. Said it may take two weeks. I want my damn money back on card. Do not do business with these guys

Great !!!
I had a Security Six years ago (1976). I have been wanting to replace it for years. I got your email announcing your warehouse sale. You had one a a great price! This was so easy !! All I had to do was pick it up a a local gun shop and fill out the required paper work. The pistol was in better condition than I expected ! Fast delivery! Great price! I will be purchasing more from you !!!

In accurate shipping estimates
In accurate shipping estimates, and when I inquired about why my shipping estimate was almost a week off from the actual arrival date, the customer support agent who responded stated that they don't ship on weekends and that those arrival dates are just estimates. It would have been fine if it was noted that the shipping date was an estimate, but it also would not be hard to code the system to only count business days when calculating the shipping date. I will not be using guns.com again. The customer service is poor quality, and they don't care about customer issues. It is far faster and preferred to just go to the store and get good quality customer service than to deal with apathetic customer service and wildly inaccurate shipping dates.

The selling process has been terrible
The selling process has been terrible. They delayed the inspection for two days and now payment won't be issued for an additional 3-5 days. It has been almost a week since my items passed inspection.
