The h10 in adeje is nice at first…

The h10 in adeje is nice at first glance but some of the rooms are dated and tired ,the construction going on in the hotels 2nd floor is ridiculous and I think a warning should have been sent beforehand. We are still here in a junior sweet which is very comfortable but also needs attention to detail considering what we paid .The staff ,food and relaxed atmosphere are all good ..tbc

Personal touch and brilliant staff

H10 were fantastic. It felt like a personal stay from the welcome drink on arrival through to the check out experience. I was impressed with so many things such as the espresso machine, the size of the bathroom, the umbrella in the closet and the breakfast with so much more variety than I expected. There was all the fry up stuff, salads, desserts (churros were amazing!), and vegan and gluten free stuff had been properly thought about, clearly labelled and kept separate. It had been a choice between H10 and Hilton, and with all Hilton are doing in America that was easy!This is frustratingly about the tenth time I have written this out (showing how determined I am that they get this good review). Trust pilot really need to look at their email code on fair phone as every time I loaded emails, whether on WiFi or not it cleared the form. Find a better system please!!!

We stayed in H10 ocean suites in Fuerteventura in February the hotel and amenities for fantastic and the staff were very helpfull the food was also lovely and we can’t wait to return later on in th year S connolly

The H10 Hotel Meloneras is considered…

The H10 Hotel Meloneras is considered on of the best hotels in this group and from our own personal experience this Hotel is very special to us so much so we stay at this hotel up to 2 times each year. The staff are always top of their game and very professional. Most of the staff know us by name. There are so many names we could mention but special thanks to Begonia, Vincente, Martha and the lady behind the scenes who always looks after our bookings Gudelia and Jose

H10 Art Gallery - Barcelona

Stayed at H10 Art Gallery, Barcelona (17–23 January 2026). Overall, a very disappointing experience and absolutely not four-star level, especially given the price.I booked and was confirmed:a double beda bathroom with a bathtuba room with an outside terraceWhat I actually got:two single beds pushed togetherno bathtub (despite being told it was fine)no outside terrace (again, despite confirmation)On top of that, I was charged twice for the same breakfast, once after eating and again during checkout. This kind of billing mistake is unacceptable in a hotel at this price point.To be fair, cleaning staff and frontline staff were polite and fine, but the overall service, booking accuracy, and attention to detail were frankly bad. For something marketed and priced as a four-star hotel, this fell well short.Expensive, over-promised, and under-delivered. I wouldn’t stay again.

TAX SCAM AT OCEAN RIVIERA!

Beware of environmental tax scams at the Ocean Riviera Paradise location!!! Literally just left the resort 2 days ago. Had a big group of about 50 people, all charged different prices, some $40USD per person, some $30USDper person, some $30USD per room. If they say it's because some rooms are more premium, they're lying. If they say their card reader is not working and insist on cash payments, ASK FOR A RECIEPT! Front desk personnel and managers were not helpful in sorting the matter. We were not provided a reciept at the time of payment. They said their card reader was not working at that time, so was forced to pay cash. We insisted on the reciept over the next few days with a different front desk staff member and the reciept said we all paid 399 MXN, which was false so they lied on the paperwork and pocketed the rest. It's not even about paying the fee but the principal of it, so we all took a loss but hopefully can save other families the trouble. The day staff even admitted the night staff stole from us and yet nothing could be done. No apology, no reconcilliation, not even an acknowledgement of bad practices.Only getting an extra star for the staff around the facilities and restaurants because the service otherwise is pretty good. Just a warning to not let yourselves be scammed, insist on credit card payments and reciepts for everything. And after contacting the H10 company about this incident, they proceeded to email back saying that no irregularities or improper practices were done. Really? You couldn't find one improper practice in this situation?NEVER STAY AT ANY H10 HOTEL!!!

H10 Ocean Dreams Boutique adults only…

H10 Ocean Dreams Boutique adults only hotel. Close to the main high street. Easy to stroll to the harbour, lots of benches to rest if you are not a walker. Our board was BB. Breakfast was lovely, choice of buffet and al a carte menu. There are spa facilities which are available for 5 euros each, if you are not all inclusive. The room was kept clean, the safe keep locking us out, so gave up after a few days. Reception is manned 24hrs and they are always helpful. All employees are friendly and speak many languages fluently.

Dejligt hotel med ekstra luksus

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel Gran Canaria Costa Mogàn and would definitely recommend it.The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were offered champagne, lemon water, or still water while the receptionist explained everything about the hotel during check-in, which gave a great first impression.The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries were of good quality. A big plus was that no one reserved sun loungers by the pool, which made the atmosphere much more relaxed.The town itself is very cozy, quiet, and peaceful, with a lovely beach and a supermarket close by. With good walking shoes, it’s not far at all to Puerto Rico, and there is also a direct bus that’s easy to use. The hotel staff are always happy to help with directions or transport.There is live music every evening after dinner in the lounge bar. It can be a bit loud and can be heard in the rooms, but thankfully there is a reasonable end time, so it didn’t disturb us too much.The bars are great — the staff work quickly and really try to make everyone happy without letting anyone wait too long. The buffet is excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a very wide and varied selection, so there is truly something for everyone.A special mention goes to Airam in the lounge bar — super friendly, amazing drinks, and such a great vibe. He sang along to the music and had an incredibly positive and fun personality that really stood out.All the other staff were also very friendly and always greeted us politely. Overall, a fantastic experience in a calm and welcoming hotel.

Highly recommended

We stayed at H10 Universitat Barcelona and had a wonderful stay. The reception staff, especially Daniela were very welcoming, patient, friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good choice of hot and cold food. We particularly liked the croissant served at the table. The staff in the restaurant were welcoming and attentive. The hotel is in close proximity to bus and metro. Looking forward to staying again .
