The design looks like it's from the early 2000s honestly. Plus the stuff you actually receive doesn't match what's shown on the site. The whole ordering process is a mess and feels sketchy. When you get to payment, there's no secure connection that you can see, which is a huge red flag. Tried reaching out for help but all you get back are generic automated responses full of typos. On top of that they bombard you with marketing emails that are poorly written. Should've checked the other bad reviews people left online first. Total letdown.
Been ordering from Hair Bow Center for quite some time now and honestly can't say enough good things about them. Their staff is always super helpful, prices are really competitive, and the quality of what you get is top notch. Plus shipping is lightning fast which is awesome. Never had a single problem with any of my purchases. The only downside is I ended up relocating overseas, but good news is they'll ship internationally so I can still get my supplies. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for hair bows. Used to love being close to their location before the move!
