I would have rated the company 0 but it was not available so I rated it 1.I ordered a pair of Prada shoes for 20% off on-line and, before they were sent out, my order was cancelled by Harry Rosen. Without any other notice, I received an email cancelling the order. It stated on the credit receipt that I had returned the shoes and requested a refund. How can I return shoes I never received? Also it stated that the shoes had been returned 400 kilometers away from where I live. When I called the store that gave the refund, I was given several differing stories of why the refund was processed. I don't appreciate games being played.When dealing with large retailers you should be fully aware of their advertising schemes.

Went to Montreal store and had fantastic service from Marcello and manager. It is just as I remember HR. The alternations were quick and efficient as I was only in town for three days.

FedEx left my Harry Rosen package directly under an open section of my entryway—despite a large 10' x 13' sun sail just steps away providing full coverage. No knock, no doorbell, just dumped in the rain.Harry Rosen’s response? It’s my duty to monitor emails for tracking updates. Really? Is it too much to expect a premium retailer (and their courier) to use basic judgment?Apparently, Club Harry status doesn’t come with care or common sense—just the joy of drying out your new pants before wearing them. Disappointing experience from a brand that should know better.

Avoid MooRER – Overpriced, Poor Quality, and Even Worse Customer ServiceAfter spending a premium on MooRER coats, I expected durability, craftsmanship, and reliable customer support. Unfortunately, I experienced the complete opposite.My men’s coat developed pilling, the fur began to split, and the fabric became unnaturally shiny—all after just one season.My wife’s coat zipper broke with minimal wear. MooRER offered a replacement zipper (not even the full repair) and then sent the wrong one.When we contacted customer service, they refused to accept responsibility, instead blaming us—and even our highly rated dry cleaner. They claimed they had never had zipper issues before. Ironically, when I mentioned my dissatisfaction at the high-end Montreal store where I bought the coat (without mentioning the zipper), they responded:"Yeah, we’ve had tons of complaints about MooRER’s zippers."That sealed it: MooRER is all branding, no substance. They charge luxury prices but deliver substandard quality with dismissive and unprofessional support.My advice: avoid MooRER. Spend your money on brands that actually stand behind their products. You'll get better quality, longer-lasting value, and a customer service team that respects your investmet

I went for alteration of a pair of pants they made for me two years ago. That was about 20 days ago. I was given 3 dares, and I had to go two times, and every time they are not ready! Today was the last, and still there were excuses! They have the worst service, and worst tailoring place! A small alterations place in a strip plaza would be more respectful and better service of their clients than these people!

Truly has gone from bad to worse at HR. Their idea of a sale is an already significantly overpriced $300 dress shirt (made in Bangladesh or Vietnam etc) reduced by 40%- $180.00 for dress shirts that are made in the third world does not represent quality or value, sorry to break that to you. Sales staff are not overly friendly and the prices are in La La Land- even when on sale. You are better off finding a local tailor for the prices they expect and mediocre service. Brick and mortar retail is going the way of the Do Do and HR may be the next exhibit after Hudson's Bay.

Terrible customer service. My wife bought me an expensive pair of boxers over Christmas. The salesman said "of course they can be returned" and even offered to "extend the return date". When I popped by the Vancouver store today to return (since the fit was too small in hips - over underwear of course) the first woman at the return desk just dismissively said "those are final sale" without even looking at the receipt. I was surprised but left until I could confirm with my wife what she was told. When I came back 20 mins later a manager came and showed me the "Canadian law" on google that intimates cannot be returned. I responded "ok, makes sense but that then means your salespeople are misleading customers." All I received was a couple smug half smiles and a "sorry". After shopping there for decades... will no longer buy anything from Harry Rosen. Too overpriced for that kind of service.

The sales staff have awful attitude ... definitely not a place where I would spend couple of thousands on clothing with this horrible attitude.... go to Holt Renfrew and see the difference!!
