Not only did they ignore my first email requesting cancellation, they also failed to ship the item within the timeframe they promised. They then refused my cancellation without any valid grounds and shipped the order anyway, despite me canceling it in a timely manner before it was dispatched. This is horrible customer service and a great example of how not to treat customers.

I pre-ordered an item that was shipped out and expected delivery on December 29, 2025. The USPS failed to deliver and when I reached out to them, they said they returned it to sender. Immediately contacted Hasbro Pulse, the USPS, and DHL to intercept the product. Getting the runaround the entire time! Finally, today January 2, 2026, they (Hasbro Pulse) contacted me about the details. They proceeded to cancel my order, return my money (in 5 business days from now), and told me to basically f off

Company often lists products for sale which sell out extremely quickly- sometimes in minutes. Yet never tell you when they will put these listings up. Fair enough if they could only aquire limited stock from the manufacturer... but they ARE the manufacturer. Paying for their "premium" service is also a waste of time. All you get is free postage when with their prices most orders would recieve that anyway and a couple of exclusive to premium member products a year, which is only if they feel like it, rather than a regular thing.

Hasbro Pulse canceled my order three times without providing clear rationale. First, they indicated only that there was an issue with the payment processing. Then they indicated that my credit card company refused the transaction authorization, which was incorrect. Then they advised to ensure that the shipping and billing details are accurate, which I had already verified and had previously informed the support team. Although the support team is responsive to telephone calls and emails, the back-end teams that they rely on are unhelpful, unprofessional, and incompetent.

I've lost count how many times I've tried to order from this website, I get an order confirmed email but they don't take my money. I'm debating on just buying on eBay for the premium price. Absolutely rubbish website 👎😔👎😔

Awful. Missing item through Yodel as always. Useless customer service rep called ‘Laura’ that does f-all and probably not her real name. Opened a fraud case with my bank. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve been purchasing from Hasbro for a long time, including having backed Haslab projects such as the “Ghost” ship from Rebels last year.I’m not sure why but when receiving a Marvel Legends set, it’s double boxed and surrounded by air packs to protect it, but never with any Star Wars items. This review relates to my latest Star Wars order, which had none of the above care taken and despite its parcel box not being damaged, the collectible box had two corners crushed/creased.After a long exchange of emails I was guaranteed a replacement so returned mine.After a week I bad received no update, aware that they had received my return. After more emails and a call with a manager the replacement was sent out.Sadly, it arrived in a much worse state than that of its predecessor, even with an added tear. As before the parcel box was undamaged, making me consider that maybe these were not in good condition prior to being packed and sent out.So returning it again, this time calling direct and requesting a refund.I will point out that on both occasions speaking with someone on the phone, their support was excellent and proactive for which I really appreciated.It’s sad that a company that promotes itself as being for collectors, it clearly has a varied recognition of which items should be packed with care.If you’d like to respond to this Hasbro, the order no was UK11287.Waited a long time for a preorder only to have had to return it twice and left without anything beside a requested refund as not confident that further replacements won’t be damaged too.

I live in Canada and can’t seem to open an Hasbro Pulse App on my device. I placed an order last night and can’t find it. Also can not open an account because it will not take my phone number. The reviews are terrible everywhere for this American company.Frustrating.

For the last three purchases I have been given delayed shipment notices. The most recent has been the longest delay notice ever. What is the most frustrating is that friends who have purchased the same items on Amazon have already gotten the game when it stated it would first be available and mine is still "pending". Contacting customer service just gets a standard email stating information about shipment tracking will come when it ships. This ignores the when will the package ship question.
