Ordered a Kangol hat in large and it arrived way too big for my head. After already paying to get it shipped, I waited about seven days only to find out it doesn't fit. When I asked about exchanging it for the correct size, they wanted me to cover shipping costs again. So that would've been three separate shipping charges totaling thirty bucks just to swap out a forty dollar hat. At that point I'd already spent fifty on something that doesn't work, and there's no guarantee the next one will be any better if I wait another couple weeks. The whole process feels like a ripoff of both my wallet and my time.
