DONT BOTHER

DONT BOTHER. They can only provide design options through limited vendors and then can't get a response from the vendor on when an item is expected to be shipped. I placed an order on 03.03.26 through Havenly, even though I could've ordered the same console elsehwere, and it's now 03.24.26 and NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT THE ETA FOR MY ITEM IS. Havenly keeps telling me that they're following up with Alder and Ore and they're apparently not getting back to them. 21 days/3 weeks of trying to get someone to tell me when my order will be delivered and no one can tell me. THIS IS ABSURD.

Never ever use this service.

The design service was ok. I had to change designers once because the first one paid no attention to my likes and dislikes. The second designer, Erin, was very good however. After the design was finished and I ordered the pieces I wanted I have had nothing but problems. I have paid thousands of dollars but still have not received my furniture after almost 4 months. They required payment up front and in full. I have been told that because they give such personal attention to each item I should be patient and await the completion of the furniture which is now delayed 7 weeks from the original expected date of delivery. There is no phone number, no one to speak with. Communication is by email only and on their timeline. The one item that I did receive was severely damaged. I waited over a week for a resolution while I had a big broken media console and all the packing it came in sitting in my house. I finally received a refund but was left with the 200 lb piece to dispose of myself which was a huge inconvenience. I didn't appreciate having to find someone to haul away their mistake. What poor customer service! I can't speak to the quality of the upholstered furniture as I have yet to receive it. It was ordered in early December.

I used Havenly recently

I used Havenly recently. The first issue I had was that I kept booking my meeting with my designer who never showed up to the meeting . I reached out to customer service and eventually I got a message advising me a new designer had been assigned to me and with an appointment to meet with him. So I met with him and that was fine, he got me design to me and it was beautiful, I loved it . Beware of these shipping charges, I’m paying 300 to ship an 800 dollar accent chair. I did place an item in my cart that turned out to be out of stock but they CHARGED me for it and issued a credit to my Havenly account as my REFUND. I’m pretty upset about that and will reach out to customer service about it but I’m not hopeful I can get them to put it back on my credit card. And why was I even charges for an out of stock item??? It seems underhanded to me.

Horrible Customer Support - Don't buy through their platform

The designer I worked with was amazing, but their customer support is terrible. One of the lamps I purchased was defective and I requested a refund. They mistakenly sent a replacement and also did not tell me I needed to return the defective lamp in any communication, so I threw out the box. They tell me that I have to return both lamps in order to receive my refund, when I don't have the means to do so. I spent thousands of dollars in furniture through their platform, yet I have to spend my time correcting their own errors and they can't refund me less than $100 for a mistakenly sent replacement lamp as a courtesy? They say they have to follow Wayfair's policies, but Wayfair's policies are not the problem, it's their lack of communication and support errors; they could absolutely eat the $100 cost to refund me themselves, but they choose not to. They also sent FedEx to my apartment building, without notifying me, to pickup a 'return', but because they do not communicate, the Fedex people and myself had no idea what they were supposed to pick up. They wasted FedEx's and my own time. Their explanation was that the FedEx pickup was auto-scheduled with the return request which is why they contacted me without prior notice however they arrive multiple days after my last return request, so Havenly had ample time to notify me, they just did not, which makes the lack of accountability more frustrating. So consider whether you want people sent to your home without your knowledge and have to spend your time and money correcting their customer support's mistakes without any compensation or accountability before you buy through their platform...it's unfortunate because I would love to give my designer the commission as she deserves it.Happy to post an update if they do ever decide to refund me or make it right.

READ THE REVIEWS! Customer service is HORRIBLE. Everytime you try to ask questions or book something it is shifted to someone new and provides confusion and delays. At the end of the day they were unable to provide the simple service they are saying they provide. DO NOT USE

Good design, HORRIBLE customer service

While our experience working with an interior designer via Havenly was good, their customer sales support is horrific. First, there is no phone support. Yes, there is a customer support number but when you call, it just tells you to email them. It then took several days to receive a response. When we cancelled an order due to vendor supply issues, Havenly's default is to retain your money as a merchandise credit. That is, even though the ordered item never shipped, they don't automatically issue a refund. It then took 3 days and 4 separate emails before a support staff member responded to my request for a refund. Despite that, after 24 hours, the ~$2,800 we are due is still showing as a merchandise credit, which has now required an additional email.In summary, using Havenly to get connected with an interior designer was a good experience but I would strongly recommend against buying anything through their site. It's far easier to source the product through the vendor directly rather than work through Havenly, which acts as a middle man--and a horrible one at that.

You may never get your order

Havenly is the parent company of St. Frank. I ordered a pillow from St. Frank last summer. The first time, my order was apparently never received due to a computer problem. I hadn't received a confirmation email. So after learning this, I ordered the pillow again in late June and this time I did receive email confirmation. The "best seller" pillow was supposed to be delivered in 6 weeks. In September, in response to my follow-up, St. Frank apologized - and then cancelled my order. So - I ordered it again in September. Followed up again. Was told it would be shipped mid-January. Followed up in early February and St. Frank cancelled my order AGAIN. What kind of company can't deliver a "best seller" item in over six months. Order No. #108050. Both times they've cancelled my order, they offer a gift certificate. But what good is a gift certificate if the product won't ship? TO HAVENLY BASED ON REPLY: I'm disappointed that you've not offered to help. Can you please expedite my order?

Havenly + Burrow = Fail

Havenly is the parent company of Burrow. Burrow sells furniture. I ordered and paid for shelf units in October 2025. As of January 30 2026, Burrow has failed to deliver a remaining shelf unit that is paid in full. No customer service apart from a cheerful email bot that keeps moving the shipping date forward. I will be taking legal action to remedy this as Burrow appears to be unable to fulfill this order but has taken my money.

Won't help people outside USA

Cost me money in conversion fees to be told that they are the only online company and doesn't want to work online. We can't do people out of USA? WAKE UP< your designers are not even in USA!

I used Havenly to design both my bedroom and living room

I used Havenly to design both my bedroom and living room, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Before starting, I wasn’t even sure what my personal style was, but the quizzes helped me clearly define it. I was matched with Marcela, who turned out to be the perfect fit. She provided thoughtful design options, worked within my budget, and took all of my measurements into account.
