I use hawk host for about 10 year to host a few websites. Never had any issues, I contacted customer care a couple of times always fast to reply.

*Updated* 2026 will be my 15th. year with Hawkhost and it's been a joy since day one. Superb service, great value, and their tech support is world class. I'd like to take this opportunity to salute Brian F., Tony B. and John J. who go beyond the call of duty every time to help out. In this day and age of overcharging for web services and inadequate customer support, Hawkhost are the exception. A truly outstanding hosting company that you must move to right now! HawkHost is a really good deal
I chose HawkHost initially in 2018 when I closed my office and needed to support web sites and email. I have since replaced another hosting service with HawkHost and referred it to a few friends, who have been pleased with their experience. The combination of value and reliability have been excellent. For the few times I've submitted support requests, the responses have been quick and have resolved the issue. Hawkhost deserves 5 stars for their ongoing unobtrusive excellence.
