I cannot wait to try these earplugs out!
Kylene is fantastic! She informed me immediately about Pine Green earplugs being sold out and offered to ship when their stock is replinished or to choose other colors. I ordered the Clear Glass as a replacement and this was one of the original colors I wanted!

Don’t not buy from here!
Good luck getting them! I had placed an order on the first, we’re now on the 17th and I was told to contact the courier which when I try to it shows “something went wrong” Appalling customer service and support! They have taken my money and left me with nothing! I would not recommend buying from here because if your parcel is lost good luck getting a refund or replacement!

I received my order and was less than satisfied with it initially. I contacted Hears and was delighted with their quick and careful rectification of the issue. I was very satisfied with the way they dealt with me. Kylene was beyond professional in dealing with me and the issue at hand and ensured I was more than comfortable the entire time. Very happy with the final outcome and I would highly recommend the brand. Well done to Kylene, she has certainly ensured my view of the brand shifted from less than perfect to perfect. Order two pairs of hears for a couple…
Order two pairs of hears for a couple of upcoming concerts. Over a week later and several follow up emails they are still not shipped and they will not cancel the order. Terrible customer service. Your response about monitoring is not at all acceptable. You keep saying it’s been shipped when in reality it has not. You may be moving it through your system but if there is no tracking in the link from USPS link you provide tells me it’s still moving through your system. If it was clear that delivery would take two weeks I would have purchased a different brand.

Missing order - Kylene Help
I have ordered a trio bundle. However only 2 arrived. Apparently some technical issue, due to sold out of the missing one. Kylene replied to me and I could chose another color which I got the tracking number for the delivery asap. Thanks for her help! She is efficient!Otherwise, I haven't tried the product yet. The 2 I received are for gift and the sold out one was supposed to be mine.

Pacha Hears Review
Although the delivery took longer than I expected and on opening the box I thought that one of the additional covers was missing, I contacted customer service and the reply was prompt and my initial problem was solved.I ordered the limited edition Pacha. I love these they are super cute. I had an upcoming event where I new there would be some heavy base sounds, and I must say that usually I would be feeling pretty uncomfortable, but these Hears solved the problem and I would definitely recommend them.

These ear plugs are cheap quality
These ear plugs are cheap quality. For $40, I would have expected them to be halfway decent, but they are definitely cheap Chinese made things that are not at all worth $40. Save your money!

Super product en super service!
Super product! Works really well for me! And wat a support team they have! A specially Kylene! Made a small adres mistake solved in a minut and that on a Sunday!
