I bought the wedding dress for my wedding and at first Im hesitant, because Ive never heard hebeos before. However, hebeos surprised me. The dress is beautiful and the quality makes me wow! Also the color was amazing.

Good experience
I didn’t believe in this website very much at first，because its mixed reputation.But I bought one dress with the attitude of giving it a try.However, it surprised me that the dress come perfectly as expected! It takes about 2 weeks for the package travel.And the customer service helped me a lot. Whatever,it's a nice shopping experience.I'll try other dresses on HEBEOS!

Out $500 because of Hebeos
I ordered a dress on Feb 23 and it was supposed to he here on Mar 9. On the 12th I asked where it was and they sent me to FedEx, who then sent my back to Hebeos. This cycle continued for almost two weeks. Last Saturday I finally called FedEx to find out where my prom dress is (which I needed by next Friday) and they said "they couldn't find the house" so we changed the address to my mum's so they could find it easier. They swore up and down it would be here by the next day, Sunday. Well it hadn't arrived yet and by then it was Tuesday, so I called them again and the same lady from FedEx answered. Imma skip the whole conversation but they literally admitted to deliberately lying about sending my dress out knowing full well it was never going to be sent.. for no reason? So I tried to get ahold of Hebeos and they're not doing anything but giving me FedEx's customer service number AND they refuse to give me my TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR REFUND even though THEY GOT THE ADDRESS WRONG. And no. I didn't put in the wrong address. I have the confirmation email with my shipping address on it to prove it. They just won't send me my dress and won't give me my $200 refund. Now I have two weeks to find a new prom dress and I'm out $500 BECAUSE I have to buy a new dress and Hebeos won't give me my refund.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER. This company is TRASH. The quality of the dress is HORRIBLE, the dress came and its two different colors, the material is terrible and they didn't even send the style dress I ordered. I am fighting now to get my money back. I tried to deal with the company directly and they are denying my return. So I am now fighting it through PayPal. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE HORRIBLE..........DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

DISAPPOINTING
This website is awful. If the dress doesn’t not fit, they don’t care. If it is itchy, they don’t care. If it is see-through, they don’t care. If it’s the wrong color, they don’t care. I ordered custom sizing and received a dress that was see-through and NEON LIME GREEN when I ordered sage and the sizing was completely off. I emailed them about the color and their response was “It’s just the light.” Their policy says you can get a full refund if you receive the wrong color, and they refuse to give me more than 10%. Horrible customer service, horrible return policy, horrible quality, horrible shipping, horrible sizing, and just an overall horrible company.

Dresses cheap and poor condition
Dresses nothing like the photo. The material is cheap and the dresses looked awful when they arrived. I ordered 2 and one dress had beads that fell off with any little movement. The other seemed like it was made inside out. Scam.

I tried to cancel my order as it would…
I tried to cancel my order as it would not reach me in time even though I paid “express” shipping. I was told it wasn’t shipping so I asked to cancel it, to it’s “now on its way”. Which it was not! Then when the dress came it was not AT ALL what was pictured. When I put in a request for a return I was offered a 10% discount. I just want to return the whole thing but communication is horrible and customer service is beyond lacking

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I ordered a dress for my wedding reception, the dress came defective and was nothing like what they showed online. I reached out to customer service to initiate a return label and they wouldn't allow me to return my dress, the zipper was snaggy and didn't worked well after explaining the situation to Vivian and Mark, they wanted proof and this was Mark's remarks, "why do you need to return your dress, you are not allowed to return if you just don't like the dress". I still haven't gotten my return label. Please do your self a favor and do not buy from this website! Try anyone else but them!! I wish i could show screenshots of the emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

This is the worst place to order…
This is the worst place to order dresses. In this day and age of Covid and more online shopping, this place will not take returns if a dress doesn’t fit or you simply don’t like it. I have never ordered from a place like this. Guess I should have read the fine print but who would have thought they wouldn’t return???Absolutely ridiculous and I will spread the word to never order here!!!!
