Awful customer support, product features get worse while pricing goes up
Awful customer support. They changed the pricing tiers overnight and now make you upgrade from a $99/month tier to $300+/month tier just to get very basic features. They then misled me into adding on an “add on feature” that would give me the tool I wanted, which was a lie, so when I requested a refund for that add on, they refused and made me jump through bogus customer service loops for over a week. Still haven’t gotten the refund. Would not recommend helium10. They keep raising prices while competitors offer everything H10 can do for a fraction of the price, not to mention lots of AI tools can do it all for free now. Cancelling my entire membership and never looking back. Dont sign up for helium10! It’s not needed in 2026 anymore. ChatGPT can do everything for free.

NEVER Trust their promotional discount 40%-20% etc..
- BE CAREFUL OF THEIR PROMOTIONS AS THEY WANT YOU TO PAY FOR FULL 12 MONTHS ! Very disappointing experience with Helium 10, especially their billing and discount handling.I originally signed up using a 40% promotional discount. Before any billing issues, I contacted support to confirm in writing that the discount would remain active if I paused my subscription and returned within the 12-month period. They clearly confirmed that the discount would continue.However, after I tried to reactivate, the billing team refused to honor the original 40% discount, even though I had written confirmation from their own support team. Their final offer was only 20% off for 6 months, which isn’t really a special gesture since similar codes are widely available online.The biggest problem was the inconsistency between what support told me and how billing handled the situation. Even after multiple escalations, including to senior staff, no fair resolution was offered.The tool itself may have useful features, but the billing policies are extremely rigid and not customer-friendly. This experience left a very negative impression, and I would strongly advise others to be very careful with subscription status and to keep records of all support conversations.-------------------------------------------------------I’ve also spent time working in customer service, and in my experience I’ve given customers thousands of dollars’ worth of goodwill gestures just to help unhappy clients feel satisfied. The focus was always on building long-term relationships and making customers feel valued. In this case, it didn’t feel like that same level of care was shown.

They Admitted they OVERCHARGE me, but still wont do anything about it!
Helium 10 support ADDMITTED I was overcharged, yet they still won't credit me, and they locked me out of the account.Their system messed up my billing. After weeks of back-and-forth, they finally admitted in writing that their refund was "insufficient" and I am still owed money.The worst part is that their own agent instructed me to "contact my bank" to find the missing funds. I did exactly what they said. The bank initiated a partial chargeback (only for the amount I was overcharged, not even the full bill).Now they locked me out of my account for following their instructions. I have even withdrawn the dispute with the bank and sent them proof, but they still refuse to restore my access.I can't even use the service that I paid for. This is ridiculous.

Helium 10 is Overpriced Upsell
Overpriced Upsell, Useless for Amazon PPCHelium is not a PPC tool for Amazon or Walmart. The Platinum plan is intentionally crippled—barely any usable PPC insights or tools, no real keyword optimization, and no actionable bid optimization. It shows you your ads are failing and then immediately pushes you to upgrade. While the ROAS is negative, The jump from Platinum to Diamond is almost 3× the price, which is completely unjustified when Helium provides no proof that upgrading will actually improve ad performance. You’re asked to spend significantly more money just to access features that should be basic for any serious PPC software.For sellers trying to reduce ACoS or fix underperforming campaigns, Platinum offers zero path to improvement. This feels less like a professional analytics platform and more like an upsell funnel designed to frustrate users into paying more.Unless Helium offers real PPC functionality at a reasonable tier—or lets users prove value before upgrading—I cannot recommend it to Amazon sellers.

Worst chat support ever
Worst chat support ever. waited for 20 minutes just for human chat support and they were reverting me in 10 minutes that too tempelated answers.

Expensive and clunky
I used Helium10 for a few years. Some of the features i paid for didn't work and the development team take forever to sort it out in my experience. I moved to another provider which is very comparable and cheaper. Happy I made the change and I suspect from the reviews that many people have done this.

this is a scam i paid and started searching for products and after 15 minutes it is telling me i cannot search anymore i need to pay so i paid just to use your product for 15 minutes ?

Terrible customer experience
Terrible customer experience. Refuses to refund the basic plan when I buy the premium plan on the same day.If you go to the pricing page, you'll see the starter plan is $39, and the platinum plan is $65 as of this day of writing.I bought the started plan at $39. Then 5 minutes later, decided to upgrade as the starer wasn't enough, and upgraded to the Platinum plan. Expecting a $26 charge as would be normal in SaaS (the difference between the two plans).Instead, they charged me the full $65 on top of the $39 I had already spent. Then when I reached out to support they told me the $65 would apply next month.Shameless misrepresentation.
