I called and canceled my subscription…
I called and canceled my subscription to Hello Fresh today. A box arrived at my neighbors door and when she brought it over it was food that I didn't order nor would I ever eat. I am allergic to salmon and there were two meals of salmon. There was tofu meal and a flat bread meal. I was very disappointed in your meals.

I received two meals this week
I received two meals this week, but I had an ingredient missing from my shipment. I received the pub style shepherds pie and there wasn’t any ground beef in my package. Fortunately, I had ground beef on hand and was able to make the meal.

New to the program
I’m still new to the system. I find the website confusing and I don’t like having meal choices made (even tentatively) for me. I realize that that’s the default and I have a feeling it will bite me in the ass. I’m picky about food. I don’t like people making choices for me. I also wish I knew where the meat came from.

Great recipes but vegetables could be better.
The recipes are great and easy to make but some of the vegetables aren't always fresh or useable.

Soups make a lot
Food was good! Soups make more than 2 servings. Usually can get 4 meals out of it.

This service is terrible
This service is terrible. My first box didn’t get delivered to me and it was delivered to some other random house. I called and they refunded me and I had to replan for the week and order again for the next week. The next week comes and the order got delayed by a day. The food itself was good but not a great experience. The third box gets shipped and 1 day passes and again delayed… 2 days pass and they claim it failed to deliver by the delivery. At this point this is a joke. I ended up canceling immediately. Don’t waste your time or money on this.

Food tasted great
Food tasted great. Liked most of them. Missing a recipe card on one and tried to text customer service with No help! The AI help is awful. Tried 4 times and never got my recipe to make a meal.
