Absolutely disgusted to find out that I had to pay £15 to send back my order!! This is a ridiculous amount to charge for a return. NEVER ordering from this company again!! Everyone be careful of this absurd return rate!

I’ve bought almost a dozen dresses from Hello Molly and I’ve loved every single one! Gorgeous styles, amazing fit, and totally worth it. A big shout-out to Bianca in tech support today—she was so helpful fixing my mistake and the service was fantastic. Couldn’t be happier!

Item I ordered was not true to size and priced strong for the quality, it was very poor for the price point!I initiated a return only to find out that they will be deducting £15 as I want to be refunded to my original payment method…this is daylight robbery! Will never order again as this is not clearly stated when ordering and I would never have taken a chance as they charge a £5 delivery fee. That’s £20 I’ve spent to get it delivered and returned! Oh it’s £5 for the return if you chose a store credit…It was my first order…and I will never be ordering again. In addition you have to print out the return label…this company wants to ensure you don’t return your over priced items, if they had the confidence in their product quality they would never make you jump through this many hoops when returning!

Clothing quality was average, but not high quality. Returns policy is unlike any I have experienced. £15 to return an item and you have to return within 14 days! And they don’t provide a QR code for the return, so you have to print it yourself. Disappointing they make returns so difficult as I always like to try on a few options of dresses when buying this sort of dress for an occasion, so this means I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered several dresses to try on for my hen in March. The quality vs price is quite shocking. Nothing is well made or well fitted, making not one of the dresses suitable. One dress also didn't even arrive but is sat on my account as delivered. I have tried to create a return for refund (at the cost of £15 to me for low quality clothing!) and the page isn't working. I cannot submit the form despite following the steps. I got in touch with the brand as I am conscious of their 14 day return window. The response I had was unhelpful, redirecting me to the problematic page. I have since emailed back and heard nothing. Its really frustrating and if a brand is selling cheap clothes for high prices and then charging customers £15 to return for a refund (they are legally entitled to) they should at least have good customer service and be willing to help / speedy with their response times.

This company is awful. The dresses are expensive and then when you get them it looks like it was made from my grandmas curtain. They only allow store credit but then you have to pay for shipping so if i order something else i have to pay for shipping on top of that again . what if I get something else and it doesn’t fit then all my credit is spent on shipping this company are theifs. I then tried to call the customer service number and twice it said they are experience high volume of calls. I thought to myself either no real people work there or everyone is complaining because this store shouldn’t be in business . I am waiting to hear back to see if they would waive my fee since I am so upset. If they say no I am going to call my back and have it reversed because this company is horrible. The person below me who wrote that good review must be family. Do not order from them. Shein has same quality material for half the price free shipping and has reliable customer service.

The clothes at Hello Molly are of very high quality. Delivery is very fast—even living in the NT, my purchases arrive within a week.Customer service is another standout. Whenever you have a question about your order, your account, or even a faulty item, they respond very promptly and politely.
