Great customer support from Hexclad
I recently had some issues with 3 hexclad frying pans and the support team were super helpful. They were prompt to respond to all my messages and always gave me clear information about how they would help me. I’m pleased to say my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you Hexclad.

Very happy customer!
Just got word back that 2 pans we claimed (after several years of daily use) under the warranty were approved. It was a very simple process and pretty quick as well. After an investment in these items, I am so thankful that the warranty process was easy and simple because we have never had better pans. The customer service Billy E. offered was great. It’s so nice to know that a company and their representatives stand behind their product. Customer for life due to product and service!

I bought some pots and pans a couple of years ago and the coating started to peel off of some of the pots and pans. I contacted Hexclad and they are shipping 5 replacement pots and pans.

Fantastic cookware
We bought a set of Hexclad. Realized the set didn't include a 12" lid for the 12" frypan. Contacted Hexclad and got info to order one, it will also fit the wok that came in our set. We've also purchased the small fry pan, small pot, small salt and pepper grinders, cookbook, as well as the pizza pan. I was just told we are going to receive a lid no charge for the wok. Amazing products and customer service. We've been telling everyone about Hexclad
