Awesome ebikes and customer service!
I've purchased an electric scooter for my grandson in the past, and he has loved it. When we decided to buy ebikes for ourselves, we found the best bikes at the best price on Hiboy, a name we already knew and trusted. The bikes are so sturdy, comfortable and are so easy to ride! Hiboy's customer service is excellent, too. They answer emails promptly and helped me purchase an extended warranty. I will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend Hiboy.

Kids electric scooter arrived damaged
Kids electric scooter arrived damaged. Customer service was very responsive and replaced the scooter after having me send a video of the faulty handlebar. Customer service agent kept me updated the whole time during the replacement.

Very good support and Fast to solve my problem
My son’s scooter stopped working and was making a weird noise while riding. After the amazing help from the support staff, Nancy, we were able to fix it, and the scooter now runs great! The communication was great and almost real-time, and the shipping was fast and didn’t cost me any extra money in doing so. Excellent customer service!
