1 star is generous

Absolute waste of time. Avoid if you are a business customer.I placed an order for an office chair and requested a proper business invoice with my VAT number. What followed was the most absurd purchasing experience I have ever had.Their Shopify store cannot handle B2B sales, so they offered me an "offline B2B purchase" process. I agreed, provided all my company details, and waited. They then cancelled and refunded my original paid order, promising a VAT-exempt invoice within 3–7 business days.The result? After a full week of back-and-forth emails, I have received absolutely nothing. No invoice, no purchase order, no payment instructions. They took a customer who had already paid, refunded the money, and then simply disappeared.Buying a chair should not take over a week of emails with zero outcome. Their B2B process is completely broken and their customer service, while polite, is utterly ineffective. Each reply takes 24 hours and says essentially nothing.If you are a private customer buying with a credit card, maybe it works fine. But if you are a business expecting a professional transaction, look elsewhere. This company is not ready to deal with business customers.1 star is generous.

Exceptional customer service and a huge thanks to the Paris team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Exceptional customer service! I needed to return my chair but didn't have the original box anymore. Instead of refusing, their support team escalated my case and granted an exception so I could get a full refund. A massive thank you as well to the Paris showroom team, who did their absolute best to facilitate the return process. It's rare to see a brand so flexible and human. Highly recommend!

Shockingly comfortable work chair

Chair was preordered, but shipped promptly on schedule. Extremely easy to assemble, I did it myself as a woman with arthritic hands. The adjustment settings are clear and easy to use. It is so comfortable its hard to stop working at night! The lumbar support, headrest and recline features are perfect. Would recommend

Best desk chair I've ever had!

Best desk chair I've ever had! No back pain in sight since I made the switch.I had an issue with an armrest the other day and customer service was fast and had an excellent photo and video guide on hand so I could fix it myself.

Faulty out of the box

I bought a new, factory sealed H2 Pro from apparently an unauthorised retailer on eBay. Out of the box the tilt mechanism was faulty.I messaged Hinomi who have been very prompt, courteous and helpful, saying they would send out a replacement part, so from that point of view they were excellent. But eventually they declined to send the part under warranty, due to it being bought from an unauthorised retailer, which is understandable.However I can't ignore the fact that I received a faulty product out of a factory sealed box, hence the 3 star review.

An excellent experience

An excellent experience: the H2 Pro is an incredible and really well-designed chair, it changes your daily life. As for customer service, serious, attentive, empathetic, what more can I say... other than... Go for it!!! Thank you Hinomi for the quality of your products, and more. ;)
