Complete letdown. Skip this if you need to buy as a business. I tried ordering an office chair and specifically asked for a business invoice including my tax ID number. What came next was the most frustrating shopping experience of my life. Their system doesn't work for business purchases, so they offered an alternative process. I handed over all my business info and sat tight. They then cancelled my paid order and promised me an invoice without tax within a few business days. A week of back and forth messaging later and absolutely nothing showed up. No invoice, no order form, no way to pay. They kept my money, refunded it, then ghosted. Getting a chair shouldn't need over seven days of emails that go nowhere. Their business purchasing system is broken and their support, though courteous, just doesn't get things done. Messages take forever and don't actually say anything. For regular customers using a card it might be okay. But if you need professional business purchasing, go somewhere else. This company isn't equipped for business buyers.
